The property is older but well maintained and very clean. The pool area was very clean and nice. They are upgrading the property . My room was very comfortable clean well kept. And the tv was easy to use. The owner was nice and wanted to please. The only thing was I couldn’t get ahold of the main desk prior to coming in so I couldn’t confirm my stay.

I would stay here again, I'm only in Kerrville once a year, this will be my go to hotel.

The location is fine, safe, lighted. Check in/out easy. No receipts except from Expedia online, they refuse to print one. The pool is extremely small, no amenities. NO breakfast included, EXPEDIA info is outdated. The AC was loud, either blows full on or nothing. No amenities at all.

Owners were positively incredible, very kind, and very easy to interact with. I absolutely love the pool! It has vintage Hollywood vibes, just missing the cocktails and come shaped bikinis! Will come back again, and again. Will also recommend as often as possible.
