They booked me in a smoking room and that did not work as I am not a smoker. They did accommodate a new room, but it was definitely below par.

the only downfall we had is that the website said we would have a roll in shower and it was actually a walk in shower which was more difficult for my husband's showers but we were able to make it work.

Room felt humid all night long, air conditioning just wasn't up to the task. Few breakfast options: toast, muffin, waffle, cereal. Coffee was borderline cold. We had no kleenex in our room - when I asked for some, I was told they no longer provide tissues. Finally someone found a "last" box. Would be nice to have an elevator when your room is on the second floor and you are in your 70's. Even a luggage cart would not have helped!

It was close to the fields my daughter was playing at Upon arrival they told me only smoking room was available,room smelled horrible! We would have have booked something else but nothing was available

Police were called To the property twice. Simply did not feel secure

Didn’t have any The manager or front desk person has been rude and makes me uncomfortable the last 2 times and stands in front of there I park and stares at me and is always watching creepily and has an attitude towards me

There was no smoke alarm but did have ashtrays on desk. We called the front desk to change us to another room due to the nasty room and my health condition (cancer) and they refused and were rude and could barely understand what they were saying. We slept on our chairs and blankets and left real early the next day. We will never stay there again!

It was in a prime location in Kerrville. The front desk clerk was aggressive and not friendly.

The location was great. The breakfast was sparse. The room cost to much for it's condition. The property is old and tired, but they are still demanding 5 start price for a 3 star room. That is my fault I should have read the reviews more carefully.

Not a damn thing! The fact that they wouldn’t let me have my emotional support animals there and Texas recognizes potbelly pigs as emotional sport animals I think they’re trash for doing that!

Nothing at all about this place impressed me because they didn’t allow my 2 emotional support animals which was 2 miniature pot bellied pigs! In the state of Texas pigs are allowed as emotional support animals!!! Of course they’re not dogs but they are recognized as emotional support animals and there’s no reason why they couldn’t stay with me!!! Check in let me in early, and checkout isn't till 12. The room was clean and well stocked. The staff was very friendly. The blow-dryer didn't work. The steam from my showers set off the smoke detector. Not many options on the TV. The hot tub wasn't filled and working and the pool didn't have a light.

The coffee wasn't good in the rooms.. there's not a hand rail or bar in the shower to hang on to getting into the shower.
