Quality Inn & Suites Kerrville

Overwhelming smell of mold. A/C unit would not keep the room cool. The property was advertised with a hot tub but of course it was not working and didn't look like it had been in sometime. Overall it was a horrible experience that we won't make again.

Had everything one could need (including coffee maker in the room), and also plenty of grass areas for my dog to do his business. I’d stay here again.

I was very disappointed in the status of the bathroom. It needed attention in a very big way!!!!! Paint was peeling everywhere on the door and doorframe. The white floor grout was a nasty black from the dirty mop water over the years. Almost to the point of being gross!!!! I expect my home away from home to resemble my own home. And then I got into the shower and found that there was zero hair conditioner in the prefilled conditioners. That summed it up for me. I will not be back😡

We liked the room very comfortable and clean. I chose this hotel because it had an indoor pool. I like to swim to relax after a day of driving. The jacuzzi didn’t work and the pool needs a little bit of oek

Pet friendly, clean room and nice staff.

The room and hotel had a horrible smell, and it was difficult to access the wifi. The front desk attendant did not know how to help. The room was dated and uncomfortable. The breakfast was very basic.

The rooms were okay. Just used to the IHG Hotels and acomodattions. Oh, the commodes need to be lifted. Too low!

I needed to sit in the hot tub, but it was cold. I was disappointed, as this is the main reason I chose them.

The bathroom literally had black mold growing on all of the walls of the bathroom. It appeared as though the mold had been painted over and had grown through the paint. Also, the sheet rock walls of the bathroom were all rotten on the corners due to mold or water and all the metal items in the bathroom were rusty and corroded with paint peeling off. In addition, the bathroom door was broken (and by broken I mean physically broken into pieces) and would not even close. This is probably only the 2nd online review for anything I have written in 54 years, but this bathroom was unbelievably bad, unhealthy, and I’m stilled stunned at what I saw that was rented out to my family. They should be ashamed and quite frankly sued for endangering the health and safety of their guests (my family). I will be DEMANDING a full refund and then some along with a written apology. Absolutely ridiculous

Room seemed damp, like the carpet felt a little damp.

The pool was green - you could see foot prints on the bottom. Mold along the walls on the restroom. Roaches. Bathroom door is warped, peeling and rust around the doorframe. Our desk chair had a HUGE spot of mold growing on the seat - white mold! This is honestly the worst part, how does that even happen?? The breakfast was OK.

An old, run down property. But better than sleeping in my car. The place is a dump but the bed was comfortable.

Bugs in bed and no offer to help get into another hotel because whole town sold out

Room smelled like mold. The pool was dirty, as if it had never been cleaned. There was hair stuck in there. The breakfast was microwaved sausage and eggs. .

The lobby and guest floors smell was a musty mixture of mildew and chlorine. Our "non-smoking" suite, unmistakably smelled of stale smoke. We had to kill 2 good-sized roaches (just 1 is too many to see). Our key cards were not activated properly.
