Quality Inn & Suites Kerrville

The condition really wasn't up to what we expected from Quality inn or Comfort Hotels standards.

The elevators were down. So I had to walk my luggage upstairs. The night desk attendant said that the whole 1st floor was occupied, after I requested a 1st floor room,yet there were only 3 cars in the parking lot. Then ,the air conditioners were off. It took 3 hours before the room was a decent temperature. There was a cockroach in my restroom when I woke up in the middle of the night.

Room was clean, and a big plus that they are pet friendly. I’m a big breakfast person so complimentary full breakfast was nice.

The shower was good.. just small things like freshening up the paint and updating the furniture would make the place nicer. The mattress and pillows were pretty good, but the bedding wasn’t very good. The people were great and the place was clean. We were checking on family and would stay again.

The desk guy was super creepy asking me if I was staying by myself as my husband was standing there next to me

This properly was rated as very nice online. There is nothing about this place that was very nice. The place was dirty, rust on bathroom door jams and tub, repairs to holes in the walls looked as if they were done by 3rd graders. The whole property needs to be renovated and updated. I will never book this hotel again. I worked in Hotel Hospitality for 16 years and if any of my properties looked this bad we would have shut them down.

Unfortunately, I did not read the reviews before booking . I specifically asked about the wifi and was told the password and such but it was down the whole 3 days I was there. I found out shortly by another it was not working the past 2 days prior. He should have told me that when I asked. The place had rust and lots of water damage that needs fixed. The vending machines were empty and out of order. Overall would not recommend!!

Personnel who remained at the location reported a significant presence of insects in the Rooms.

Staff awesome. Breakfast not as happy. No OJ. Not a coffee drinker.

Overwhelming smell of mold. A/C unit would not keep the room cool. The property was advertised with a hot tub but of course it was not working and didn't look like it had been in sometime. Overall it was a horrible experience that we won't make again.

Had everything one could need (including coffee maker in the room), and also plenty of grass areas for my dog to do his business. I’d stay here again.

I was very disappointed in the status of the bathroom. It needed attention in a very big way!!!!! Paint was peeling everywhere on the door and doorframe. The white floor grout was a nasty black from the dirty mop water over the years. Almost to the point of being gross!!!! I expect my home away from home to resemble my own home. And then I got into the shower and found that there was zero hair conditioner in the prefilled conditioners. That summed it up for me. I will not be back😡

We liked the room very comfortable and clean. I chose this hotel because it had an indoor pool. I like to swim to relax after a day of driving. The jacuzzi didn’t work and the pool needs a little bit of oek

Pet friendly, clean room and nice staff.

The room and hotel had a horrible smell, and it was difficult to access the wifi. The front desk attendant did not know how to help. The room was dated and uncomfortable. The breakfast was very basic.

The rooms were okay. Just used to the IHG Hotels and acomodattions. Oh, the commodes need to be lifted. Too low!
