We have stayed in their suite for many years. Even though we like staying here we may have to look elsewhere. The furniture in the suite is the same as it's been for at least 10 years. It definitely needs an update. I hate to have to find somewhere else cause we really do like it here but that's the way it is.

Ac did cool the 2 nights we stayed, 1 bed you would sink in and felt like clumps from mattress.. blood stain on pillow

At this location, they were very friendly. Everything was extremely clean and well organized air-conditioning was wonderful. All staff were very nice and helpful.

When we got to our door, it looked like the bottom of it had been kicked in or tried to have been kicked in open the door and the room was terrible. It was dingy. The bathtub was so small. A normal size person couldn’t fit in it. I pulled out the chair by the desk, and the vinyl was all ripped off of it. There was some kind of substance at the bottom of the lamp. I told my husband I wasn’t going to stay there. It was that bad we went to the front desk. I explained the problem. She was very nice. Said she would talk to Expedia about getting a possible refund. There was also cat food sitting out, and I don’t know if it was for a cat or for a skunk because there was a skunk there This was by far the worst motel I had ever seen

It was in a convenient location. The stairways up looked a little sketchy, had tape on the stair floors, the bathroom was bad, the bathtub was dirty, the water would not go down, the shower head was like falling off, you could not adjust it because the whole pipe would move, there was very low pressure water both in the shower and the sink.

The Guy at the front desk was really weird. He doesnt take cards from hands . Acted like the costumers are some untouchables. Should learn to talk and behave well with costumers

It was conveniently located to the Texas Lions Camp which was the purpose of our visit. The manager was very kind and resolved and issue I had during my stay. Breakfast was great! It was a bit tricky to navigate and the staff wasn't super helpful. I was charged for my room and the staff at the time said the payment was declined. I showed her the transaction on my bank account and she assured me I was wrong and it hadn't processed. Well the next day, I called the bank and transaction indeed cleared. I spoke to another lady who was very rude and could not understand why I was frustrated with the whole transaction. The manager assured me that the transaction cleared but didn't reflect in their system. While I did receive a refund, the whole thing could have been avoided if the first staff member listened to me. They did try to process the transaction 6 more times.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and the a/c worked well. The room was comfortable. The breakfast had the typical limited offerings, but I was pleased.
