Parking was convenient, our rooms were very comfortable and well equipped, the buffet breakfast selection was excellent and the staff were friendly. The location was easy to get to. The complimentary adult beverage after we checked in was a nice touch. Happy the ice machine was near our room. We enjoyed having an early coffee on Adirondack chairs. The pool is small.

Great location, beautiful room! A little bit loud with traffic, but that’s just occasionally.

good location At breakfast the birds were a nuisance. My wife became very ill during the first day there. So sadly we had to leave early the next day. We were hoping for a refund for the second day and night when we were not there. We left about 8:30 am the second day so surely if someone wanted the room it would have been available.

The location was amazing. We loved the bar downstairs and the food truck on site. The free breakfast was also wonderful! The kitchenette was in the same space as the bathroom which we found very odd.

The staff and atmosphere always welcoming and friendly. Anytime we needed something or had a question, we were attended too with a smile! This was our second time staying in one of the guest houses and it is truly one of our happy places!

We enjoyed that our location was not connected to other rooms-private. We enjoyed the continental breakfast, as well as the discount to the butterfly establishment. Our room was advertised as the junior suite, which I upgraded to take advantage of the offer. I assumed, from photos is was a bit larger with a balcony with more of a water view. Ours was more of the parking lot. I did end up pleased, but did expect something a bit different-due to advertising photos.

The location is excellent, and the room was impeccable, spacious, spotless, and clearly maintained with great attention to detail. The property itself is also beautifully kept, and all the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was delicious and complete, with fresh food and a great variety of options. I stayed for three nights with my husband and our one-year-old daughter, and choosing the right hotel was especially important to us because we were traveling with our baby. I honestly couldn’t be happier with our experience. It was 100% worth it, and I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. The Butterfly Conservatory is right next door, and it ended up being one of our favorite experiences with our daughter. Definitely a must-see if you’re traveling with little ones! Nothing to complain about

The location was amazing! The parking was great. The staff was exceptional. The bed was so comfy! The bike rental was super convenient. It had a strange smell to it…

Location is great The smell of sulfur was horrendous to the point I got a headache a couple times. Air unit in room wasn’t working but a window AC unit was in before our arrival. While at the pool the exhaust vent in bathroom fell down and was hanging and also an arm on the rocking chair outside kept falling off, however, maintenance was there quickly to fix everything!!! So, no complaints! Staff awesome and friendly!!

The location of the guest house is exceptional. The a/c couldn't keep up with the hot weather. We were located in the back of the building where all the smells of the food truck made it stink. There was constant activity from workers. There's a dip in the bricks that hold water and if you don't see it you get a wet foot.
