Run down over priced hotel carpet was horrible no room service stayed 5 night

The only reason to reduce 5 to 4 stars - according to Expedia where I did reservation free breakfast have to be included but it was no breakfast.

No breakfast when Expedia advertising said it does. 6 tv channels. Nothing fancy. No pop or vending machined. Down to bare minimum.

Multiple issues came up but nothing was resolved

It is well maintained for an older motel, walking distance to the restaurants gift shops in Keystone and great location for visiting Mount Rushmore.

Worn out hotel

They don’t offer continental breakfast

Just an okay hotel. The rooms are in need of a serious upgrade... everything is old and feels a little dirty. We had a comfortable night's sleep and the location was good.

Sink wasn't draining. Took it upon myself to crawl under and unscrewed the plunger lock so I could pull the plunger out. Was full of corn and green beans. Likely someone puked in the sink prior to our arrival. Gross. Had to go get out refreshed stock of towels and wash cloths but they told us in advance they had limited staff for that. Staff was nice. They probably need to hire a maintenance staff to keep the property up to par.

The front desk lady was so friendly and helpful, and the room was so nice. I could see the faces on the rocks from the parking lot. I loved that it was close to the stores and we could just walk to them.

Check out was easy.

Perfectly nice place to stay for a very reasonable price

Everything was just as they said it would be. Very friendly staff.

Staff are nice but the bed was soft not too comfortable

No pool is the only con I have. Clean rooms and friendly staff.

With the exception of no breakfast it was a great stay. Walk out of your room and see mt Rushmore and close to everything. Would stay there again.
