Close to Mt. Rushmore. Lots of places to eat or shop. Comfortable beds and hot breakfast!

Conveniently located: near downtown and easy access to Mount Rushmore. Very disappointing breakfast. I overheard another guest who called it Walmart breakfast and had to laugh. Too many prepackaged and cheap items.

The staff was great. Room was clean and quiet. We were very happy with everything, The towels we’re clean, however, they have definitely seen better days and are positively gray.

My favorite hotel that I’ve ever been to!! I’ve been to a lot. I’m not necessarily for expensive things but I do constantly search for convenience; the amenities, destination, and staff were epic!! We will definitely be back again!!

The staff were very helpful. The king suite with jetted hot tub was very nice. It included a nice area for sitting with couch and chair plus a second tv. A bar area that included coffee pot, sink and fridge. We also used the jacuzzi next to the indoor pool. Breakfast included eggs, sausage, toast, oatmeal, yogurt, and cold cereal, coffee and juice. Enjoyed our stay. We easily walked to Keystone Main Street and enjoyed our evening meal at Ruby House.

It was beautifully decorated, very comfortable and clean. The fireplace was a great surprise. The room was spacious.

The location was great. Having a bit of extra room in a family suite was also great. The water heater was not reliable. We had multiple cold showers or barely lukewarm. The pool had so much chlorine, I couldn’t even be in the room because it was burning my eyes so much. Not sure if it was due to being cleaned the day we went, but it was too overwhelming.

The breakfast was ok. I was disappointed that biscuits and gravy were not available or pancakes/waffles. Nothing that I can think of; other that the above comment about the breakfast.

Really close to Mt Rushmore so ideal for us. Large comfortable suite with all facilities we needed. No view from the room but we were out all day so that did not matter
