The 5day stay was great. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was very good and tasty.

Great location just lacks a bit of maintenance. AC rumbles like a Harley, shower constantly went from scalding hot to cold.

Walking distance to all the shops/restaurants, easy drive to Mt Rushmore and other parks. Parking was kinda of a mess during the day, evening wasn't bad with the hotel guests only after a certain time.

We enjoyed our stay at the Ramada by Wyndham near Mt Rushmore a lot. The breakfast was great with a variety for everyone. Our children enjoyed the hot tub and pool both nights we were there. Highly recommend staying here.

Small room. Security lock on door didn't work. Place need a remodeling update, as it is well worn decore

This hotel was clean and centrally located so that you could walk to restaurants and shops in Keystone (which is a bit kitschy) as well as easy to get to Mount Rushmore and other Black Hills locations. The staff was super helpful, greeted us with Mount Rushmore buttons since it was our first time in the area and offered us fresh baked cookies. We used the laundry facilities, which were clean and well maintained. We also took advantage of the pool and hot tub - what I didn’t love is that our room overlooked it and it’s completely open, not contained within a separate room so we were immediately hit with the moisture and smell of chlorine from the pool when we left our room. Breakfast was sufficient, nothing fancy.

The location couldn’t have been better. We were right in the heart of Keystone, close to restaurants, shops, and just minutes from Mount Rushmore and the 1880 Train. After long days of exploring, it was so nice to come back to a clean, quiet room where everyone could spread out and relax. The staff was friendly, check‑in was easy, and the whole place felt welcoming. For families traveling with kids — especially large families like ours — the Ramada was a great fit. We’d absolutely stay there again on our next trip to the Black Hills. The Manager gave us each a Mount Rushmore Pin on departure.

Rooms were clean but small for a king bed. The ground level room let the street noise in and need better sound insulation
