Hot shower and cold AC but the place is a dump in much need of updating. I will never use Hotels.com or Ramada again. Prices inflated due to July 3rd fireworks at Rushmore at over 600.00 with a 2 day minimum for a place that has broken tiles throughout, humidity issues such that our clothing felt damp, stained sheets and towels not to mention all the other items in disrepair. Never stay here and never use Hotels.com for booking….. I have learned a very uncomfortable lesson.

Close to Mount Rushmore. Very poor parking and second floor room without elevator. The room was very small. Two queen beds with both beds touching the walls. We only spent one night here traveling through and it was clean, but I would not want to stay more than one night.

Our room was quiet and clean. The pool area was fun for the kids. Friendly staff. Great location for families, restaurants, shops and an arcade all in walking distance.

Dirty bathrooms, smelly rooms, at least you can open a window and air out the room. Great breakfast options and great location to walk downtown

Location location! Very convenient to Mount Rushmore, Crazy Horse. Custer State Park and the Needles Highway. The property sits by the train depot and shopping and restaurants are minutes away by walking.

The staff were all very kind and running around like crazy, so I felt bad bothering them, but it was quite dirty.

The room was extremely small no more than 2 ft between the outside wall and the edge of the bed the TV was in the corner but to get around to that side of the bed you had to duck the TV that was hanging off the wall. The bathroom had the toilet and the shower in about 25 ft maybe 30. The sink was in the room where we slept. The next morning when I woke up and we were ready to check out I called the front desk to see if we could leave our car in the parking lot after 9:30 a.m. while we went to get breakfast. The guy said he had no idea what we were talking about the checkouts at 11:00 a.m.. The room seem cleaned but very very small and the parking was scarce. We had to park in a lot near the hotel they said 3-hour maximum parking limit.

The staff was great. Our room had a great view. Breakfast was very good. Room was clean and comfortable. The location is right on the boardwalk in town.

We appreciated the nice room and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was great and coffee in the lobby was good. I also like that they had cold water available alongside the coffee to refill my travel cup. Also, the pool area was open and not stuck back in some little corner where it's dark as some hotels have.
