The location of the hotel was superb for visiting Mt Rushmore and the Black Hills. The town of Keystone is entertaining with good food and drink available in several places. It felt like a genuine frontier town! The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The Hotel can use a little sprucing up, but overall, a good stay.

Right down the road from Mr. Rushmore. The Dakota Black Hills are gorgeous, and our room look out on a forest. Breakfast was included and fine. There was an overwhelming scent of carpet shampoo in the hall. Fortunately we couldn't smell it in the room.

This hotel was a convenient stop on our road trip. Seems to be a fairly new hotel. Clean and friendly staff. Beds were comfortable too.

Rooms were ok size for 2, toilet was too low to the floor, free breakfast was good one day then not the next, we had to service our own room one day because the cleaner forgot. Price was more affordable than others close by. Would we stay there again? Maybe.

Excellent customer service. Our bed was uncomfortable - feel lumps and springs in tje mattress.

Rooms were nicely decorated and spacious. Loved the bathroom decor. Hotel was clean and quiet. Have no complaints at all, would definitely go back.

The clerk at the front desk, Adam, was helpful. When we arrived in our room, we found a group of bugs, maybe 20 to 30 of them, gathered on the outside of the window but inside the outer screen. We let the front desk know. Adam came up within 5 minutes and sprayed for the bugs and was able to get rid of them. The breakfast in the morning is decent. One thing to be aware of the parking is a little tight and the spots in front of the building with yellow lines are for city employees.

The interior of the suit we stayed was very old. There is a heavy odor in the room.

Room was great! Beds and pillows were very comfy. Had no turn air way down to keep it cool but all and all a great stay. Good location to other parks as well.
