Overall very nice place to stay in keystone with a great view overlooking downtown keystone. We stayed four nights and it was a nice home base during that time. The staff were kind and helpful, but I was not impressed with the apathy of an individual man working the front desk regarding a hit and run that happened in their parking lot which I witnessed. When I went to the front desk to let them know/ have them let the guest know whose car had been hit he basically said “ it happens” and didn’t want to do anything about it. Based on that response I was extremely disappointed in their customer approach. As a traveler I would be pissed not knowing my car had been damaged on their property and 2 hours had passed since it happened. Do better by your guests who paid to stay with you and would expect a simple notification let alone a proactive response when incidents happen on your property. They take your license plate and vehicle info down when you first arrive, so they had the ability to notify right away. Luckily I was able to contact the other guest and the pass on the info to help catch the crook.

The hotel has taken a turn downward. The room was dirty, cabinets were broken they changed the breakfast to: no individual yogurt, no bisects and gravy, powdered eggs and sausages that were dried out and hard.

Staff was friendly and helpful.

Front desk, let us park at side by entrance. He did not let us know that there is free breakfast. While we are checking out. The free breakfast is over. The front desk rep allow us to still grab what we like that is still available. Nice staff!!!

The room was extremely small. It was tiny.

Overall good with experience. Staff was great and friendly, but did have a couple of errors during stay like not having a remote for over a couple hours (not necessarily their fault) but my biggest complaint was the parking situation. I came back late on my second night and they had to ride a scooter and accommodate for me to be able to park because of bikes and trailers etc not parked properly or have enough spaces. Which leads up to next complaint was the elevator was out of order so I was parked at the top and had to walk to the other side of building and go down and across to my room/ climb a couple flights of stairs and across the next morning before check out. Would probably stay here again because the area was nice and the hot tub.

They had games you could check out it was cool

Room was clean, staff was friendly and accomodating when we had to add an extra night. Would stay here again.

We were told that the elevators were out of service, which after a 12 hr drive, it was not pleasant dragging all our luggage up the stairs... Rooms were very small and cramped.. Son found a piece of candy stuck to the carpet... The blanket on one of the bed looked like it was used, found hair that wasnt ours... Pictures attached, my son sat on the corner of the bed to look out the window and the entire other side kf the bed came up... I caught my legs on the 2 bars extending from.the bed which is very unsafe. After a day of excursions, and hiking up the hill to go to our room we find the room keys are not working. So back down the stairs to the front desk to have our keys reset so we could get in... Our room had not been cleaned or beds made.. Breakfast was chaos, crowded, the flow is not set up well for the amount of people thay was in there. The location is perfect but the hotel itself needs some attention. I would think twice before staying here again.

The cabin was fun and kids love it. We arrived late and the place was full. They upgrade our room. Staff were friendly. The price was good and the location is about 1 hour and 15 minutes from the yellow stone east entrance. Great location! I would recommend it.
