Place is a little run down, broken ceramic tiles in entries and room, pool ladder was broken and needed repair. On the good side, breakfast was god, and pool and hot tub were well upkept. Well located to all the attractions in Keystone. Overall a great stay.

We would like a refund. I even have pictures of how dirty it was. The floors were dirty. The entryways were dirty. The elevator was filthy.

Very dirty room with bugs crawling in it. Dirty markings on the walls and outside door. Very small quarters. Definitely was not what was advertised on their website. Also not worth it for the amount of money I paid for the room.

Nice parking arrangement, which is good as elevators were Not working. Breakfast was acceptable. Walk up the driveway is do-able for out of shape EVEN AFTER WALKING DOWN THE STRIP & BACK. View is amazing - worth the up charge for “Monument View” room. But - DO NOT LEAN ON BALCONY RAILINGS!! Only 2 bolts in center and rain drainpipe were holding us AC unit in room stopped working on check out day.

The only small issues was bird drops on the patio balcony. The staff was great and answered all my question.

Great location, just a few minutes from Mt. Rushmore. The staff was friendly, and check-in was easy. Nice place to rest while exploring the Keystone area.

Pool was to cold to try hot tub was OK but damn people don't watch there kids anymore and staff don't make people follow rules of facility. For those who don't know the 5 minute palk is down hill then back up so if you are thinking about walking just know downhill might be great but going up sucks.

We got a suite and it was perfect for us. The hotel was clean beds were comfy. Had a balcony. There is always coffee and water in the lobby. The breakfast was good. Had a great stay and would stay there again

The housekeeping didn't come to make up the room despite numerous calls to the front desk officer

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Great pool area. Our room was smaller and less clean than we expected. Overall we had a great stay.

3rd floor parking is where it is at!!

Room was great, clean atmosphere, our tub faucet was leaky and mattresses were a little worn but ultimately it was a good stay

Everything was up to par except all the black hair and pubic hair all over the bathroom. We even had to clean out the drain of the hair too. Hot tub looked a little green but the staff was kind, the room was fine otherwise.

On top of that, the room was dirty and had spiders in it. The bedside table wasn’t washed off and was sticky. There were long black hairs on the floor. Gross!
