Location Balcony was permanently closed. No spa like advertised or no signage to where it was if they did have one.

Front desk attendant on Friday June 27 was so nice and fabulous and tried her best to get us the right room on a very busy night Bar in lobby. Lobby space is ugly

I stay here every time I do a roadtrip to Chadds Ford and the Dupont mansions. This was my 4th visit and I very much recommend this hotel. The rooms are huge with great bedding, large TVs and upscale amenities. Staff is exceptional. Love the casino. No

I love this casino and the quaint area surrounding it. Also the hotel is perfect. It smells clean and that's one of my pet peeves whenever I venture off to a casino resort. I get excited to come here because I know I'm going to have a well deserved vacate Honestly I would like to see more updated slot games. Otherwise this place is my preferred casino. Thank You

Stayed in the Casino Tower and loved the easy access to the game floor. The room was large and the amenities (wifi, soaps, bedding) were excellent. The food court is small but very adequate for most needs and includes a 24/7 Dunkin and great sub shop. The room and hallway decor is shades of brown which looks drab.

The location Hotel did not provide room type booked originally. Had to get a room change. Room was not cleaned the entire stay, so had to ask for items everyday!

The location was excellent the staff was great The rooms were outdated. This hotel was NOT to our expectations for the price and supposedly a high end hotel

The staff and the revolution stake house went out of their way for our dietary restrictions. Great job Rachel, Nikki & Louis. Dave the pool bar bar tender went to find us Heineken double that was fantastic great job¿. The pool is smoking instead of non smoking pool so that was a major turn off. Also the pool is small I mean small.
