Sheraton Valley Forge Hotel King of Prussia

Everyone was wonderful. The room was very clean and updated. Michael the concierge was one of the best I ever had. Great place.

Room was spacious and clean. Staff was super friendly and helpful.

We liked the room and hotel, and the staff was very accommodating. The only complaint I had is that the hotel charged $12 to park overnight which I find to be unaccepatable. Moreover, even though I paid the fee with a QR code in the parking lot, and received a confirmation of payment from the hotel, I found a warning on my car the next morning about the need to do that.

I love the ambiance of the lobby, the size of my suite and especially my bathroom! I loved the cleanliness of the hotel and their breakfast is delicious. Parking is too distant from the front door of the lobby. When you purchase the “breakfast included” it is false advertising…when I got to check in they gave me vouchers for breakfast that was $20 per person per day which confused me cause I was under the assumption that breakfast included means free breakfast as most people would especially when I paid extra for that accommodation. I also ordered room service one night and it took a hour to be delivered and it cane up in a brown bag packed in brown lunch boxes and the food was cold and the inside of my burger was pink and undercooked.

Great stay nice hotel… I would come back

Then when we went to swim, the pool water was so murky that we didn’t want to swim in it. The hot tub jet made noises, and most importantly, the pool area was a mess. No one had picked up trash or provided more towels. When we went to shower in the room, the hotel had only provided 2 towels in the room and the water only got lukewarm, with little water pressure. This could have been a really great experience but the lack of staff and care of the property was terrible. The only redeeming part was when we were leaving, a porter named Michael, came up to the room to help us with our bags. He was so helpful and kind and we really appreciated that.

We stayed here to make it easier for our group to get ready for a special event. Staff was super helpful, very welcoming and accommodating. The place is well maintained and beautifully designed for us to capture beautiful photos throughout the property for my daughter's quinceañera. We did not get to use the pool due to being so busy, but room service was good as well. will definitely stay again. Thank you.

The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious It was a hike from the elevator to the room, the shower, barely worked, the room was either freezing or hot, I was unhappy I had to pay for parking, and there is good free Wi-Fi available at hotels far cheaper than a Sheraton.

It’s was amazing only issue was that the tv wasn’t working seem like the screen was broken

Nice lobby bar for drinks excellent close to the attractions a nice place to stay! Shower the water wasn’t hot not good at all if you like warm showers!

the location I paid for king room with sofa bed, I checked in and left . once I returned someone's luggage was in my room, they gave me a dirty room first option 2nd option no sofa bed

For the price, WiFi should be included. It is a bit ridiculous to pay that amount of money per night and then have to pay for WiFi.

Pleasant decor, cafe employees were very nice, the room was nicely appointed. Front desk employees were simply mediocre, cafe folks were more customer ficused.Paying for parking was unclear, especially when arriving at night and not noticing the signs with this info due to the darkness, would have been helpful for front desk employees bto explain the parking.
