The pool was dirty and the hot tub was broken. The toliet handle was broken and so was the toliet paper dispenser

The room was clean the staff was nice and my children loved the pool I would stay here again !

That said, I tried using this hotel for my wedding block and had endless issues with it. My guests still stayed here, but none were able to book under the block,

The aesthetics of the hotel was amazing, but when we entered our room it smelled wet and stale. The beds in the room was nice and clean except for the fridge that was dirty. And when we tried to use the amenity of the pool it was dirt inside the pool and the Jets for the hot tub did not work. Overall the staff was great for my interactions with the front desk, they were kind and informative but what I say again, probably not.

Unfortunately no outside area to hang out and relax.

My room rug was very wet. When I told the gentleman at the front desk that morning, nothing was done when I got back that afternoon. My room smelled like mildew from the wet rug. Once I called back down he moved my room. inconvenience

Overall, our stay was good and the room was surprisingly quiet for how busy the hotel was, we all slept really well! However, the hot tub wasn’t working properly and the pool was pretty hazy, so it wasn’t ideal.

It was a great place, right off the highway as a quick stopping point. They upgraded me to a room that was spectacular and it was nice being so close to valley forge national park!

Everyone was wonderful. The room was very clean and updated. Michael the concierge was one of the best I ever had. Great place.

Room was spacious and clean. Staff was super friendly and helpful.

We liked the room and hotel, and the staff was very accommodating. The only complaint I had is that the hotel charged $12 to park overnight which I find to be unaccepatable. Moreover, even though I paid the fee with a QR code in the parking lot, and received a confirmation of payment from the hotel, I found a warning on my car the next morning about the need to do that.
