The headboards of the beds are completely shredded to bits. I was absolutely shocked this was considered a 4 star hotel. No fan in the bathroom, the air in the building was very stale. 10 dollars for parking and a 10 dollar charge to use the internet! Our fridge was dirty too. I'd never come back.

While the room was clean and comfortable, I had to ask for extra towels and washcloths since only one set was in the bathroom. When I called Guest Services, I was instructed to go to the front desk, which was somewhat odd.

The pool was dirty and the hot tub was broken. The toliet handle was broken and so was the toliet paper dispenser

That said, I tried using this hotel for my wedding block and had endless issues with it. My guests still stayed here, but none were able to book under the block,

The aesthetics of the hotel was amazing, but when we entered our room it smelled wet and stale. The beds in the room was nice and clean except for the fridge that was dirty. And when we tried to use the amenity of the pool it was dirt inside the pool and the Jets for the hot tub did not work. Overall the staff was great for my interactions with the front desk, they were kind and informative but what I say again, probably not.

My room rug was very wet. When I told the gentleman at the front desk that morning, nothing was done when I got back that afternoon. My room smelled like mildew from the wet rug. Once I called back down he moved my room. inconvenience
