No netflix access on tv. Everything else good.

Great location, friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms and a wide needful breakfast. Would be really great if they installed a nice pool.

Staff was helpful, but the property felt a bit rundown

It is everything you would expect from a Holiday Inn express. Staff greeted with a smile and the room was clean.

Wonderful breakfast included, good variety. Lobby and room were clean. We had reserved a room with 2 beds, but arrived later so we got a room with 1 king bed; not the end of the world. Parking was good. Lots of turns required after getting off the highway

Great night stay after a concert! And considering it was the height of world cup 2026 absolutely no complaints

I enjoyed my balcony the bed completely comfortable shower pressure was good love house keeping daily and breakfast good I stayed two weeks because I didn’t want to leave lol I enjoyed the environment and just all well round safety and even guest who come understand quiet and respectful of one another and love how hooters is just walk across from the hotel not in street but parking lots it was some ups and downs but nothing you wouldn’t face if you were in your own home felt like living in apartment for awhile 😁

I love how quiet it is during the quiet hours 10pm till 8 am I love the environment beautiful mornings on the balcony’s. Suite is spaces and clean and balcony for front room and bedroom. Staff available 247 breakfast was good great portions and house keeping polite ladies and checked in every morning before 11 am. I enjoyed my stayed so much I stayed five nights and stayed three more nights

So, during our stay the power went out overnight. As a result, we had no power in the morning (phone flashlight to shower/get dressed), no check out, and no breakfast. We had to carry our luggage down 6 flights b/c there was obviously no elevator (lucky not trapped!). The night before there was a medical incident so police and firetrucks were all over the lot. The people at the desk were great and had nothing to do with these problems. That is why I gave it 3 stars. It was very hot, so maybe the fire safety was triggered. Idk, but there was no other communication, apology, or offered discount. Glad it was only 1 night b/c the AC was out too. Hopefully they got everything fixed fast.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was disappointing. On the fifth day of our stay, the hotel lost power during a heatwave. There was no backup generator, which I understand may not always be available, but what was most frustrating was the lack of communication. Staff offered little to no explanation about what was happening or when guests could expect updates. A simple acknowledgment and regular communication would have gone a long way. Guests deserve to be kept informed, especially during an uncomfortable situation like this. I hope management improves its emergency preparedness and, more importantly, how it communicates with guests.
