easy to park, convenient to King of Prussia area, Villanova, highway access, and the PGA event that was taking place. Staff was friendly, breakfast was good as expected. The one thing the hotel could improve would be that our shower had very low water pressure.

I enjoyed the the options for breakfast.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good...I especially liked the option of biscuits and sausage gravy! Coffee was freshly ground and brew-your-own.

Our 3rd time to stay here when in the KOP area, always a great one.

Stayed here several times. Always full of sports teams and construction workers. Not a bad thing except lineups for breakfast. Parking is amazing, and breakfast is a well-rounded assortment. Never go without. Really reasonable price to include it. Hot coffee is always available in the lobby. This stay, however, was a bit disappointing as when asked, I did say a room away from the highway would be nice. We were given a wheelchair accessable and connecting room (neither of us was in a wheelchair) on the highway side. Noise was not an issue; the room had a big bathroom, minimal counter space, and the room had no place for luggage. Therefore, it was a bit cramped. Definitely smaller than a usual room.

Liked that hot breakfast was included. The King suite slept 4 comfortably. Really hope hotels will go back to mini individual sized soaps for the bathrooms instead of the pumps.

Brittany was professional, friendly, and went above and beyond by helping me with my makeup when I needed assistance. Her kindness and willingness to help made a lasting impression. Monica was equally professional and attentive. I had a minor issue in my room, and she handled it quickly and efficiently, resolving the problem within minutes. My King Suite was clean, comfortable, and very nice. The breakfast was excellent—so good that there was no reason to go anywhere else to eat in the morning. Thank you, Brittany and Monica, for making my stay so enjoyable. The entire staff that I spoke with were friendly and polite. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to others.

The couch was dirty

Breakfast was excellent. A variety of food to choose from.
-
But get the room facing the shopping mall. The room facing the road is noisy

Staff was awesome but he was new and had not been properly trained. There was no hair dryer in my room and after FORTY FIVE minutes another patron in the lobby took pity on my and went to her room to lend me hers. It was ridiculous. But again staff were awesome!

Las toallas del baño, no fueron cambiadas, lo demás 100%
-
The tub had a permanent ring of dirt around it. The bed was literally right next to the AC the housekeeper speaks Spanish had a hard time getting them to clean room . They let a stranger up to our room
-
No ponen agua en la habitación.

The hotel was somewhat clean but had a smell. The room was gross, felt old, pull out bed had old food stuck to it looked like sheet hadn’t been cleaned in forever. No extra pillows or blankets for pullout. Bathroom was tied to bedroom instead of being communal so everyone had access or at least a bathroom. Only two towels and wash clothes for a large suite when asked for more never came. Tried calling for blanket and pillow no one answered or was at the front desk. Free water was always gone. Breakfast food was gone by 9:30 and they didn’t make more wait staff sat there and started at you getting food. Machines were broken so food choice limited and one one serving tray of food per item so a family would come and take the entire tray of eggs and they wouldn’t refill them but one time. So athletes needing food had to go get food elsewhere. The elevator takes forever. The gym was the nicest place in hotel. Needs a pool. And didn’t like that it was next to a Hooters restaurant that was open late with bright lights and music. At one point there was a smoke smell thought place was on fire. Just a horrible hotel not staying there again. But could walk to mall and back kind of so there’s that.
