Free parking,breakfast and clean room.

Many rooms were not ready for check in (to be fair the front desk did offer late checkout as accommodation) but also told multiple people it wasn’t a big deal and everyone was frustrated. Took a very “oh well” approach to things like no clean towels in the morning at the pool, breakfast not restocked and empty for 15-20 minutes, loud vibrating and banging heard in rooms, low stock on items for sale in front desk little store, etc. One front desk person ignored me standing at the desk then said “oh, do you want me?” Another corrected a new employee when he tried to apologize for delays and poor service and basically said to not apologize. They need more employees and they need better customer service training.

A/C worked well on 100 degree day. Acceptable shower head. Room layout was terrific. Amenities (stove, full size fridge, dishwasher), all worked as new. My dog was welcomed by staff- no issues. Good TV interface and wi-fi. Key cards worked perfectly. Lovely hotel.

Pool was nice, breakfast was good, great location! If we ever came back to this area, we'd stay here again!
-
Pool was dirty and we didn’t have our room cleaned once over the course of our 3 night stay.
-
Everything was great. They had celiac safe muffins and vegan options.

El día que llegue para recibirme en la recepción fue terrible personal poco profesional y antipático duramos 3 días y nunca limpiaron la habitación el personal del desayuno muy atento y servicial pero el hotel una decepción

What I like about the property was it was very spacious and the outside with the patio in the pool looked very nice The part I didn’t like about the property was the bed for the sofa was a little bit uncomfortable because when you lay down on the mattress is hard, it feels like you’re hitting all the iron parts at the bottom of the bed but then when you’re sleeping, it just feels a little bit more comfortable

Great place to stay

My family and I enjoyed staying here because of the large rooms, good breakfast, and lovely pool. The front desk staff was really helpful and attentive.

Great price compared to all other hotels around Philly. Excellent services and nice breakfast.

Everything was great. It was clean, and the staff were great. Breakfast was good also.

Clean and location great near mall and other places. We were there for a lacrosse tournament. Right by highway as well. Safe area plenty of restaurants. You can throw a rock to Cava which is a favorite place for me to get a light lunch.

The hotel was clean. The pool was great. And the staff was very helpful when we left an item behind after checkout. They worked to locate it and got it to us a quickly as they could.
-
Parking is also a big issue there. People that visit the restaurant park at the hotel. The place is clean. The staff is friendly.

Good breakfast
-
This hotel was family friendly and super clean. The hotel also offered hot breakfast every morning. You are across the street from one of the biggest malls and plenty of restaurants in walking distance. Pool was closed but we were warned it didn't open until the end of May.

Excellent stay. Good breakfast.
