Nice property good breakfast

We were very happy with our stay. The one bedroom suite was perfect for a family. The pull out couch was not super comfortable but fine for kids. However, I would recommend bringing your own blanket. The room suite was clean and spacious. Beware that the signage is not great and the front door is tucked away. Close Parking to the front door is also limited. Over all the value was great for a clean, safe hotel and I would recommend staying.

Nice and clean

Solid stay. Staff was very friendly. Location across from KOP mall was perfect for grabbing a dinner and some shopping. Breakfast was fine. Nothing special but still a value. My only critique is the parking situation. It’s small and fills up quickly in the evening. Came back to the hotel approximately midnight and there were no spots. Had to park in the adjacent store lot around the side.

Our stay at the Residence Inn King of Prussia was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve ever had. Traveling as a family of five with three young children, we were shocked by the lack of cleanliness, customer service, and safety. After confirming our reservation for five, we arrived to find no bedding for the pull-out bed. Front desk staff, Derek, told us to pick up the bedding and provided two stained pillows without pillowcases or protective covers. When I requested pillowcases, he became argumentative, refused to help, and suggested I tell Marriott he didn’t know where they were. Thankfully, another guest gave us his extra pillows. After filing a complaint with Marriott, they contacted the property. Within minutes our room unexpectedly lost power around 10:45 p.m., just as Derek’s shift ended. We were the only room affected. Given the timing and prior confrontation, we feared the outage was intentional. Despite repeated requests, no one resolved the issue overnight, leaving us without electricity, air conditioning, or refrigeration for over nine hours. The next morning, the Operations Manager restored power within minutes by resetting the main breaker, raising more questions about the situation. With 90° temperatures, poor air quality, a child with respiratory concerns, and another with Celiac disease whose refrigerated food spoiled, our family did not feel protected. Formal complaints have been filed, and I hope Marriott investigates so no other family experiences this.

The best service in the area. Friendly and customer oriented

This hotel was EXCELLENT! The room was big and laid out well for travelers. The beds were comfortable and the pillows were perfect! Highly recommend!

Room was clean, breakfast was a plus, however a lot of families checking in and the pool isn’t that big nor is anyone cleaning it. Nice place for a quick get away but consider the date if you’d like to swim in the pool, I went on 4th of July. It was pretty full, too many kids at once.
-
From 7/4-7/6 the pool WAS not available. And that’s because they allowed locals to have their 4th of July family cookouts there from 1pm til they closed the pools at 10pm. I mean so many people that you couldn’t even enjoy the pool because of all the kids & family members that was invited. When us guest paying close to $200 a night & not able to take a dip comfortably because so many people who weren’t even paid guest on the property. I was able to spend less than an hour on the 5th around 1pm to at least float for a moment. That’s when the next party of people started to roll in. I paid way too much to not be about to enjoy a swim. That’s honestly my only complaint beside the a/c started to hum loud but I didn’t even bother to report it. Do better with allowing parties. Set timeframes or something.

Terrible service nice place
-
Free parking,breakfast and clean room.
-
Many rooms were not ready for check in (to be fair the front desk did offer late checkout as accommodation) but also told multiple people it wasn’t a big deal and everyone was frustrated. Took a very “oh well” approach to things like no clean towels in the morning at the pool, breakfast not restocked and empty for 15-20 minutes, loud vibrating and banging heard in rooms, low stock on items for sale in front desk little store, etc. One front desk person ignored me standing at the desk then said “oh, do you want me?” Another corrected a new employee when he tried to apologize for delays and poor service and basically said to not apologize. They need more employees and they need better customer service training.

A/C worked well on 100 degree day. Acceptable shower head. Room layout was terrific. Amenities (stove, full size fridge, dishwasher), all worked as new. My dog was welcomed by staff- no issues. Good TV interface and wi-fi. Key cards worked perfectly. Lovely hotel.
