Residence Inn King of Prussia

I stayed here 2 nights. Housekeeping never came to the room. The problem with this is that there was not coffee for the 2nd morning. Went to front desk and he had a coffee pod but no cream, sugar or tea. Just very inconvenient

Not a pleasant experience at all. Oversold and did not have a room for me and my travel companions. Ultimately was given a room, a downgrade from what I paid for, without a working television. Very disappointed and will think twice before staying at a Marriot again.

Lovely hotel, nice room layout. My only dislike was the smell of the room. Mild dog pee and cleaning products smell.

One of the worst stays ever! I booked four rooms for me and my team for three nights. When we arrived that evening, we found a disheveled front desk agent who seemed high and a few bizarre characters hanging around the lobby. Once checked in, around 11 pm, the fire alarm went off, and the entire hotel was evacuated. Apparently a faulty alarm system. The next day, the same thing happened at 11 pm, disrupting sleep. It also happened the following morning at 8:30 AM. Beyond that, one of our four hotel rooms had no TV or internet access, which was never fixed. Another room had an air conditioning system so loud that my colleague couldn't sleep well. In my room, the bathroom sink was clogged and constantly filled up. When brought to the staff's attention, they acted like our complaints were common and just shrugged them off, apologizing but offering no remedies. The fire department said the alarm had been an issue for weeks. I am going to look into getting a full refund. I am a regular traveler and have never had an experience even close to this poor. DO NOT STAY HERE.

From the extra hot carafe of coffee, to the extra space within our suite, this was an exceptional value on our recent trip to the Valley Forge area. Would highly recommend. Breakfast buffet had fresh, real food and lots of goodies for those who wanted to indulge. We appreciated the coffee/tea bar, which was available all afternoon and evening. Proximity could not have been any better. Highly recommend.

Clean room but the eggs could be better.

When I checked into the hotel. I was double charged for my room. I booked and paid for my room through Expedia. When I checked in I was charged again for my room. Never again! I am still waiting on my refund

Large, clean rooms and nice staff. Great pool with BBQ area.

Good breakfast, clean and spacious room. Staff was amazing!

They need more staff for check in. Gentleman was backed up with paperwork and asked me to wait a few minutes.

Clean rooms, spacious. We are definitely looking forward to booking our next staycation.
