Room is clean, staffs are friendly. Great breakfast and Spacious parking. I will book again in the near future.

Exceptional

The scrambled eggs were very good and the gluten free bagels were nice surprise. Location was very convenient to stores and restaurants. Was not informed of the incidentals charge and how it works so was surprised when that came across my bank. I know that the charge was not processed but it still confused me until I spoke with the front desk.

The temperature controls did not work properly. There was a musty smell in our room. Very disappointed.

Room was clean and couch was nice touch, but the sleeper sofa was horrible to sleep on. Breakfast was good and staff was extremely friendly and welcoming.

My stay was great, the property was within walking distance to the mall and dining options.

THERE WAS NO VENTILATION IN THE BATHROOM. THAT WAS THE ONLY THING THAT COULD HAVE BEEN IMPROVED

Air conditioning did not work well and the showerhead no matter what angle you had it turned at sprayed over the door and left a mess all over the floor in the counter. Objectively minor things but they do make a difference for a several days stay. Staff was very nice and hotel is easy to get in and out of and parking is abundant.

Patrick at the front desk was fabulous. Thanks for a wonderful and well kept place to stay including the room and bathroom. Fabulous free breakfast with a wonderful person making sure everything was well stocked whether food, coffee, plates or cups … thank you again for making it easy to stay here. Definitely staying here again in the future.

The property was generally well-maintained and a varied breakfast was served early enough. However, on August 1. 2026, the daily housekeeping service was not performed in room 185.

Location is great to go to the mall. Front desk staff who helped me checked in was excellent. He did early check in for me since we got there before 3pm. The evening front desk was partially helpful. When I got back to the hotel in the evening. Found out I don’t have enough towels for the number of people checked in. Call front desk and he sent someone for the towels. Then I discovered, toilet paper is very low for 4ppl. Called front desk again and I was put on hold. I hanged up after waiting. Talked to the person who delivered the towels and requested for toilet paper instead. The cleaner who does every other day cleaning of the room did not really do a great job. The bathroom floor was not cleaned, missing towels and toilet paper and the bed was not really made up. I don’t think the sheets were replaced. Disappointing on the room cleaning. I hope these comments will help to provide better service. Thanks.

The hotel breakfast was good and the room was too. The frontdesk dude was rude. Not nice and didnt make it an easy check in.
