Wonderful customer service Great coffee/breakfast Super Close to the mall! Clean Clean Rooms!

The property was generally well-maintained and a varied breakfast was served early enough. However, on August 1. 2026, the daily housekeeping service was not performed in room 185.

Location is great to go to the mall. Front desk staff who helped me checked in was excellent. He did early check in for me since we got there before 3pm. The evening front desk was partially helpful. When I got back to the hotel in the evening. Found out I don’t have enough towels for the number of people checked in. Call front desk and he sent someone for the towels. Then I discovered, toilet paper is very low for 4ppl. Called front desk again and I was put on hold. I hanged up after waiting. Talked to the person who delivered the towels and requested for toilet paper instead. The cleaner who does every other day cleaning of the room did not really do a great job. The bathroom floor was not cleaned, missing towels and toilet paper and the bed was not really made up. I don’t think the sheets were replaced. Disappointing on the room cleaning. I hope these comments will help to provide better service. Thanks.

The bed is soft and slept like a baby. Breakfast is good. Enjoy the nearby restaurants. Staff is friendly. Nothing. I enjoyed the hotel. Will stay again.

Property was very close to the mall which was great but was very dated and tired looking. It needs a refresh.

Average hotel. The bathrooms can use an update and elevators were not very clean. Simple thing such as a luggage rack that all hotels have was missing.

Staffs are very nice. But the location is beside the nightway and it’s very noisy during the night.

Stayed for one night and staff was very helpful. Room was clean and quiet. Would chose to stay here again and would recommend to travellers staying for more than one night.
