Hyatt Place Philadelphia/ King of Prussia

This hotel was filthy. Our room didn’t seem to have been cleaned at all. There was no shampoo and someone left their conditioner bottle in the shower. There was water damage under the fridge and possibly mold. The elevators were dirty every time we used it. The staff was pleasant, but the place is old and needs a lot of maintenance, which doesn’t seem to be happening.

The rooms were very dirty and carpets and couches were dirty and stoned. There was no wash clothes in the room and the floor was wet in an area. My friends stayed as well and they found m&ms on the floor and a broken fingernail. There was also a bunch of flies in the food area and the ice machine was not plugged in. They did not have the restaurant open and said it was due to new management. The room Lo’s had a light mildew smell to it. The hotel staff was nice but the stay itself was not good.

The room was clean, and the staff was helpful. The pool was shut down, so we didn't use it. The breakfast was sufficient, but they had tiny plates, which was odd.

The same dirt was in the elevator for 3 days, the pool was green and smells the breakfast was always cold debris on the breakfast floor all 3 days ask for housekeeping services at 9 am return at 9pm no service

The pool didn't look appealing was yellow. Room had some defects. Good location. But comfortable accommodation for stay.

Towels were provided every other day. But the room was hot because of a high floor. But otherwise the hotel was clean

My first stay was great this was different. Only 10 channels worked on the TV. The breakfast was not so great and most importantly the pool was dark green

Overall not bad. Room service did not clean my room for 4 days, despite being in rooms next to mine on either side. Also, poor timing but the pool was not normal. Friendly front desk staff howeverz

There is no hot tub although one of pic do have it. The pool is small but that is ok. What is not acceptable is the water. Its lime green and u cant see the bottom of the pool. I never go to a hotel where i have to sign a waiver before i enter the pool. Hence i am not going in and worry about the quality of the water. Room is dirty. One of my room ac was very dusty but the other one was ok. But free breakfast is good and the staff is helpful.

No FOX TV for World Cup!! TV's should be working! No ice on 4th floor...went to 3rd...no ice went to 1st inquiring at front desk...ice on 2nd floor!! 100° day and no cold water to greet guests...empty container. Breakfast was good...could use fruit juice and fresh fruit.

Breakfast was nasty everything was pork , they didn’t serve juice, fruit, for breakfast

I was in the bathroom and notice only 1 set of towels. I went to the gym where there were no towels or cleaning clothes for the equipment. The breakfast was good but after going back to my room I saw a roach by the sink.

Over good experience

Overall I would not return, better hotls in the same area.

Convenient location Smokers on the floor in a non-smoking hotel, room could have been cleaner, the telephone was not operable in the room and there was a cheap iron that continued to leak and I had to call the front desk several times waiting over 30 minutes to have someone bring towels, wash cloths, a better iron and and ironing board that wasn’t even in the room!

It was horrible.
