Hyatt Place Philadelphia/ King of Prussia

Room lights…any? Arrived late and no food available except cookies at a ridiculoue orice

My family was extremely disappointed that the pool wasn't available. We were told that the pool was closed for cleaning and would be clean by the next day. There was no evidence that the pool was being worked on and it looked just fine. the breakfast eggs were inedible. Powdered perhaps?

The room was clean and the staff was helpful. Parking was a little tricky -- there were very few spots.

Convenient location and spacious room, but the plumbing didn’t work great (sink draining issues). Overall decent though.

The pool was down and during breakfast the food area was messy

This particular Hyatt hotel needs some maintenance improvements from the hotel rooms to their out of service indoor pool. Not happy with my hotel stay and will not be coming back.

Room was old and smelly. No soap to wash your hands. All the soaps in shower were out. Thank god the beds were kind of comfy. Needs a good remodel.

The room felt humid, the pool was out of order, the furniture was broken and when I opened the water come out brown

Horrible experience, staff extremely rude

For breakfast, coffee and breakfast items not available 1 1/2 hour before it was to stop serving. we told staff but were only told, "I'm sorry for your bad experience with us." No offer to compensate for anything. There was one man that did try to help with issues, but I can't remember his name. He kept apologizing for our issues we were having. This was at the one on American Ave, King of Prussia. Would NOT recommend staying there.

Room was clean, staff were kind and helpful. The breakfast was a mess and not at all appealing. They could really stand to improve it and clean up during breakfast. Also the milks were not labeled, the food was cold and not kept under warming lights or in crock pots. Just seemed really yuck compared to the rest of the hotel experience.

Awesome hotel. Paying for the waterfall view rooms is more than worth it. Amazing views. You can see both falls from your room. The falls are across the street. This was our first time to Canada and to see the falls. We loved it and are already planning to visit again next summer.
