Exceptional

Beds were fairly comfortable and the room was spacious. We booked a disability-accessible room. There was a small cockroach in the room. The towels were so thin and raggedy; they looked and felt like they were 30 years old. The pool was not heated and peeling, wet towels everywhere. The breakfast was sooo crowded and it was because the flow of the room made no sense. Plates were located at the end of the buffet line, the milk and sugar for coffee were at opposite ends of the table so people were constantly crowding one another, etc.

We felt our stay was good. Our air conditioner made a weird noise all night though. It almost sounded like ocean waves. My kids compared it to a noise machine you use to sleep with. The breakfast was just ok. The staff was not as friendly as they could be either. But the room was clean.

I often go here when I wanna take a break from the family every day stuff and just have a night to myself and they never cease to disappoint me

Staff needs to remember customer service is part of their job description. Sitting at the bar chatting while an elderly couple struggles with an outdated and dilapidated luggage cart is unacceptable. Fellow guests should not be the ones helping while staff sits and gossips at the bar. Can we start remembering why hotels came to be? We do pay for some amenities that are stated in descriptions. Also pictures in the description is not so accurate. Rooms are small and as stated above, old, in need of deep cleaning as well as renovations.

Nicely appointed but needs better housekeeping in general. Little things like no microwave, all the coffee & tea packets were decaf, shower head was a bit limed up and not a great flow, carpet stains, but good mattress and pillows.

The room was smelly but the young lady provided me with a can of spray. The floors and elevator were dirty. The place acts as if towels are a privilege …

I was there for 3 nights and they never did a turndown service. Not even the trash was taken out of the rooms.

Breakfast is great and the gym was nice. It was a peloton bike. I loved it. The room was very spacious, but it’s just the older property so everything wasn’t all shiny and new but I would definitely stay again.
