Friendly and respectful. Room super clean

The guys at check in were very friendly and efficient. location is next to the King of Prussia mall. The property is aging and in need of upkeep. It smells musty.

The hallway smelled really bad.

Do not book here. Staff is unprofessional they lied to my face after I was inconvenienced all night with noisy guest. There is connecting doors in the rooms that aren’t sealed just locked. You can hear other guest full convos like you’re right next to them. Completely unsafe and uncomfortable. And was never disclosed before check in. Hallway and hallway light is extremely dim and creepy. Walls and elevators poorly maintained. Staff didn’t want to accommodate me after I had video proof of noise disturbances all night long. Never booking there again

This hotel needs a complete renovation and all the public areas to be redone. It's worn and tattered Tesla. The staff is wonderful however

Clean room. Breakfast was good. All around great experience.

The lobby had a bad smell and when we got to the second floor where our room was, it smelled like sewage.

The ice machine on second floor is broke. The second floor hallway smells. The lobby bathroom was unkempt. Smelled too. The upholstery in the lobby is stained. The water feature is broke.

Breakfast wasn't included, which surprised me, and parking can be a long way from the door.

Absolutely disappointed! I booked last minute despite the hotel being priced higher than others in the area, based on mostly decent reviews. However, I was disgusted with the lack of cleanliness and hygiene. I checked in late at night. After I entered the room, I noticed hair at the edge of the shower, which I chose to overlook. Then I saw hair on the edges of the countertop, on the hand towel, and on a bath towel. Since more towels were available, I chose not to make a fuss about that either. Then I saw hair on the bed cover, bedsheet, and pillow cover. At that point, I complained and asked to be moved to a different room. The other room I was assigned to appeared cleaner, but had a weird stench. I couldn't locate the source. Since it was nearing midnight, I decided to deal with it, as I was only there for less than 12 hours that night. When I got into bed, I realized the stench was coming from the bed cover, like body odor, which clearly wasn't washed properly and wasn't fresh. I slept without the covers and checked out early the next morning. I wouldn't stay again; I wouldn't recommend it.

Wonderful experience

Check-in was efficient. I had a pleasant stay.

Breakfast was okay for 15.00. Very noisy up most of night. Also temperature control was either freezing or hot no in between.
