Clean, nice, and convenient.

Excellent location plenty of parking, Staff was nice. Room conditions starting in the hallway with a torn dirty run down carpet, funny smell. Room itself very small, torn curtains, bathroom door with no handle and stuck. Worst of all is the extremely low ceiling!

Staff were very friendly and the lobby area was nice. But our room smelled like it had been smoked in, had a leaky sink, and only half of the charging ports worked.

place to anyone who is considering traveling to the city. I had a meeting that ended later then expect, the staff was very helpful with all my accommodations needed for my trip. 100% satisfied thank you.

Beautiful hotel with great service from beginning to end. Buffet Breakfast was worth paying for with lots of selection for my teenage son. Waitress was very friendly.

It was a cool hotel the only issue we had was checking in and then being out in a room that was right next to the engineers room and they were banging and drilling at 8am each morning.

My famiky and I really enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and the breakfast was a nice . I will say i was a little disappointed to learn that the hotel didnt have microwaves located in the rooms. HOWEVER after speaking with a staff member they informed me that we would be able to use the microwave located in the lobby.

Love the welcoming as you entered into the hotel from the front desk. We especially felt at home as soon as we entered by "Achmed". The amenities, we loved and appreciated every bit of our stay. Any concerns "Achmed", was there to help us resolve it and to handle it. Mall walking distance. Restaurants as well.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was very nice. My visit was short but I enjoyed being there. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling in the King of Prussia area.

Very good place to stay.

This is my 3rd time staying here and each time I have no problem! The staff there is absolutely amazing, always friendly and always willing to help ! I always get the breakfast because it’s good bang for your buck ! I will be back again !

staff was super nice. location is great and convenient. no room service available but can get to go food at the bar/restaurant area. the hotel is old could be improved if refurbished but it’s kept clean and bed was soft and comfortable.
