Crowne Plaza: Philadelphia - King of Prussia by IHG

Akeem the Ops Director was very kind and really made sure my family stay was comfortable. The hotel was very nice and clean.

The beds were the most comfortable that we’ve had in all our years of traveling.

The parking, staff and breakfast were great, but I was not satisfied with my room. The layout was weird as the bed was on an angle, which made it hard to navigate around the room. The couch/sofabed should be trashed; it was filthy and dingy. The hallway carpets were dirty/dingy and smelled. However, our bed was amazingly comfortable. The room was clean; but the blanket had a giant hole in it. The television remote was missing when we arrived, but I called for a replacement; which was promptly delivered to our room. The smoke detector in our room was hanging from the wall. Overall our stay was ok; but I’ll probably opt for another hotel in the area for a future stay.

Breakfast was expensive.

Convenient for what I needed for the weekend.

The place is great for a short stay. The bed sheets need to better maintained. Also the AC units need a maintenance or update as it makes a lot of noise.

The staff at front check-in are very helpful. However a few things caught me by surprise. There is no microwave oven in the room, and some of the furniture needs updating or replacing as the ottoman and sofa was worn in room 417. Don’t think they had a pool., and buffet breakfast runs $15.99 unless purchased in advance. Parking is free and literally next to the King of Prussia mall. Like a few tenths of a mile.

I highly recommend this hotel.

Very nice clean worth the money and good location

Everyone there were so helpful whenever I need or asked about something My only real complaint is that the air conditioner mechanism that stops it so quick when the room starts to be cold As a smaller complaint is that there was no vent in the bathroom , which I found it a bit weird Another thing I had issues with isn't the hotel itself , but it's location is far from Philadelphia center

Stayed for a few nights. Room was perfect for my family of four. Everything worked well and the location was great, very close to the mall

Everything is nice

I stay at hotels 4-5 nights a week they have the best continental breakfast I’ve experienced so far. Staff was super nice too. All around great experience. My new go to hotel when I fly out of PHL.
