The coffee was weak tasted like drinking colored water. The tras recepticles inside and especially outside was always overflowing. There were stains on the floors of the elevators that did not get mopped while I was there during my stay. on one occasion house keepimg argued with my wife, unprofessional.

I stayed for three nights, and housekeeping did not attend to the room one of the days. Breakfast was good with a nice assortment of items. The air conditioner was making a rather loud humming noise and never shut off while I was in the room. I tried turning the air off, but the unit never stopped humming. I did not say anything to the hotel about it but some people may not be able to deal with that.

The staff was good. Specially the kitchen. The staff member who prep and was managing breakfast was amazing. Only one person at check in.

Property and staff were very good. So answerable. Center to everywhere. Food options are very close. Lift area smells bad may be previous water damage or basement smell in the lift.

This property was very nice and clean. No cooktop. Front desk had hot plate when you ask for it. No pool or jacuzzi tub. Other than that we had a nice stay. Would stay again. Mr. David was very helpful.

The carpeting in hallways has various visible stains (5th floor). It would be helpful to have signs by room doors as a reminder for breakfast hours. The rest was perfect. The sign designating the hotel is small and can be missed. A landmark is the Global gas station. Turn is just after it and road curves around and down to hotel entrance.
