Upon arrival I was not able to check in. I arrived at 3:45 pm my check in time was 3:00 pm, they did not have my room prepared until 7:30 pm. I feel like that is unacceptable especially when you are coming from a 4 hour drive (which I was). The room was clean though the only thing I would say is there was a leak in the bathroom coming from the ceiling right above the toilet. Definitely a safety hazard and unsanitary. Also, my boyfriend broke out in hives due to whatever they wash their linens with. Probably wouldn’t stay here again unless it was a last resort.

Parking was absolutely horrible, only semi decent parking you have to pay an extra fee for.
-
great hotel parking is iffy

This is our second time staying at the property it is very nice. We would not hesitate to stay there in the future.

Great hotel!
-
Clean room, staff was great. They have a bar.
-
Very convenient location to visit Villanova

The rooms were okay however they do not clean the showers well. The faucet was loose and leaking and the shower head was rusty. For 2 mornings there were really loud noises like vacuums or pipes at 7AM! The self check in needs work because I still had to go to the counter upon arrival and the lady at the front desk was not much help and she needed help. The room was pretty but could definitely use better cleaners. The pool is small and ALWAYS overcrowded! The restaurant has weird hours. The hotel overall was pretty and the lobby was very clean. Overall the hotel rooms needs some little updates.

The stag were friendly and the beds were comfortable. The bathrooms could use an update.

Staff excellent

Really enjoyed this hotel. It is very large and depending on your room location, be prepared to walk. I felt for my husband who has bad hips so the walk to our corner suite was a bit much for him. Aside from that, the Alloy has beautiful decor, prime location and, for a last minute weekend getaway, it wasn’t badly priced. The only bummer was I purposely booked this hotel for the swimming pool and it was closed for renovations. Wish I had known that beforehand but despite, it was a very pleasant stay. The restaurant downstairs also had very good food which was a plus. I would definitely stay here again!

room was aged and bed was not comfortable.

The lobby was beautiful
-
Very clean and nice staff
-
Breakfast however, was tasteless and terrible. Beautiful presentation but just awful on the palette

Great stay!
-
The staff was friendly, professional, and helpful. The public areas were pleasant, but the room could be improved with updated furniture, and the hallway could be refreshed with vacuuming. Overall, our stay was good.
-
The pool is closed, no reason provided why.
