Location, lobby bar . Overall room was clean - room was notably old and in need of an upgrade. The bathroom door did not work properly. The heat/air, could not be controlled properly making it difficult to sleep . It was either too hot or too cold.

Overall it was a great stay

Restaurant was great for breakfast.

Staff were very helpful and was able to change my room in the wee hours of the morning.

I chose this hotel primarily because of its fantastic location and beautiful interior, and neither disappointed. The lobby, restaurant, and breakfast areas are definitely the highlights of the property. Everything looks modern, inviting, and well maintained. The room was clean and comfortable, although the design was noticeably simpler than the common areas. Parking was complimentary, which I appreciated, even though we had to park quite far from the entrance because the hotel was busy. Customer service was another highlight. I received messages throughout our stay checking whether everything was going well, and there were actual staff members responding, which I thought was excellent. The hotel also has a convenient, well-stocked marketplace where guests can purchase snacks and other necessities. My biggest disappointment was the food. We tried both dinner and breakfast at the hotel, and unfortunately, neither was particularly impressive. I didn't feel the quality justified the prices. Considering how beautiful the dining areas are, I expected a much better culinary experience. I was also disappointed that the hotel doesn't have an indoor pool. I think that would be a fantastic addition, especially for families traveling with children. While our room was perfectly adequate, I would have loved the option of a larger family suite with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, although I understand this is a hotel rather than an apartment-style property. Overall, there wasn't anything particularly terrible about our stay. However, given the pricing, I think improving the food quality and offering more recreational amenities would make a significant difference. With those improvements, this property could easily offer a 10 out of 10 experience.

Loved it

Polite friendly informative staff. Clean facilities and nice to have bar and restaurant. Also the starbucks and market was very convenient. Would definitely be back in the future. Price was a bit high, especially sine we were only really there to sleep at night and up early in the morning. But it served its purpose. Did not love the sliding bathroom doors. Hard to close and very loud.

Great service

At 5:30 after driving 8 hours our room was not ready. When we were allowed into our room the climate control unit was not working. We called the desk and they told us an engineer was coming up. After over half hour we called back and received a very gruff response from a different female front desk receptionist. The engineer came confirmed that the unit had a bad "board" and we had to change rooms. The two ladies at the front desk were disrespectful and did not meet the usual customer service or professionalism that one would expect. Mohammed was great to finally resolve our issues. Better customer service More professionalism Having a room ready when you say it will be. Having a room with working appliances.

Very nice place. Junior suites are awesome. I stay in them whenever I come to town.

Common spaces and hallways are nice but rooms are outdated, dingy and dusty. Thermostat wasn't working in room though they did send maintenence up quickly

Although my stay at the Alloy was short, my experience with the staff was excellent. The front desk staff was courteous, helpful, and friendly. I could not have asked for a better set of people to greet me on such a short stay. I had been to this hotel numerous times for business and my experience then as it was for this past weekend was exceptional. I would definitely recommend a stay at this location.

Superb

People were having a party at 330am and lasted 2 hours, do not know why security did not quiet them, this was really bad

Staff was great but the room was poorly maintained. Mold and rust in the shower, finish falling apart on shower head, toilet paper holder broken/ inoperable, stains on the lamp shade, blinds didn’t work, poor drywall repair around sprinkler head (don’t think it was even painted). The gentleman who checked us in was extremely nice. We didn’t complain about the room’s condition as we had been traveling all day and just needed to start resting before leaving early the next day. Good experience with staff but the room was just not it.
