This hotel was dirty. The staff wasn’t helpful. I paid for 2 nights Friday night and Saturday night. I called 4 times to let them know I would be coming in late. (4-8am Saturday morning) I paid for Friday just to make sure we could check right into our room. My room was given away. I had to wait for my room that should have been ready the day before as it was paid in full. They would not refund Friday even though my room wasn’t ready. We had to wait 1 1/2 before our room was ready. We had to be able n the baseball field 15 minutes after we were able to check in. I will never book it again

Cleanliness and condition of the hotel not up to the usual Hampton Inn standards. Could use a refresh.

The only bad thing was the noise from the traffic since near busy roads. All else was great

It was just an overall peaceful experience, from the room I was in, I couldn't hear much traffic aside from the occasional motorcycle so that definitely helped. I was also texted by one of the staff, William, and he often checked in. I was a bit too shy to respond, but I still appreciated it nonetheless! Staff was very informative of where everything was, what time breakfast would occur, and just very friendly. Also with it being in King of Prussia, there were a lot of places for me to explore!

The location DO NOT STAY HERE! Disgusting doesn’t even begin to describe our stay. We checked in around 830pm after a long day of travel with our 4 year old. We quickly noticed clumps of black hair all over the bathroom floor and shower and all in the bed sheets. The room did not look cleaned. There was also what looked like blood splatter in the shower. Under the bed looked like it had never been cleaned since the hotel was built. When we called the front desk we were told there was nothing they could do and no other rooms were available. We were also told no cleaning supplies were available and the receptionist didn’t know where they were! After calling numerous other hotels nothing in the area was available and with it being so late traveling with a child we had no choice but to stay. It took the receptionist 4 times to give us the correct size clean sheets for our bed and she never once apologized for the situation and was rude to us. I am horrified that we were forced to stay in such a disgusting place and they should be inspected and fined for potential biohazards in the bathrooms!

The location was ideal, very close to the mall and restaurants. The room was ok, very basic. The outlets in the room were outdated with exposed wires at the base. The beds in my opinion are uncomfortable. The bathroom was the nicest part of the room but could have been much cleaner. The hotel itself is ok. The front lobby is nice but once you get past that, it's run down. The hall way and elevator area looks like it hasn't been updated in decades. Staff was just ok - not welcoming but not unkind - just there to do their job with bare minimal effort. I stayed with family and the area felt safe. Between the price of the room and paying for parking - the total cost was not worth it. I would not return.

Air conditioner took forever to cycle back on, more often than not the room temperature reaching hiring than the AC was set at. Bathroom shower did not drain. Repairs needed throughout hotel.

Breakfast!!!! The main entrance was shabby The cleaning crew had all the storage doors wide open You opened your room door and it’s like you were in a warehouse The ice machines leaked and rolls and rolls of paper towels were just left on the ground everywhere Ty he front door entrance are is unkept No curb appeal Dried unkept bushes Entrance looked like it was swept or leaf blown for awhile

Good price, breakfast included. Carpets felt moist, gave me the ‘ick’ factor.
