This place is worse than a Motel 6. I have stayed at a lot of Hampton Inns and this place is not up to expectations, not even close. Stayed five days and TWICE they failed to service my room, even after I made it clear I wanted it serviced every day! The carpet in the hallways isn’t just dirty, it’s absolutely disgusting and filthy! The rooms are OK as far as cleanliness but not great. ZERO CHANCE I will return.

Good location, parking is not free, it is $4.00 a night. Still not crazy high, but not free. Paying for free parking…

Loud loud loud. Thank goodness for earplugs. I could here the people across the hall, and they weren't even that noisy. Place felt musty and needed a deep clean.

Traveling for a celebration of life. Enjoyed the proximity to KOP and Valley Forge. Thank you go the staff.

Location was great and convenient to get around. I do need to point out that there is a $4.10 per day for parking that we were not aware of. I have to call to ask what is the unauthorized charge on my card. (It would be nice to be told at the front desk when we check in.) Otherwise the stay was good. No issues means good stay.

Great location. Stayed for boys and girls lacrosse tournaments at West Chester University and Villanova. Right next to King of Prussia mall.

Good location right in the middle of town and close to restaurants Rugs in hallways need an upgrade.
-
It was dirty, carpets dirty, bathroom in my room had several cracks and piles of caulk. Will not stay here next time.
-
Breakfast space too small.

Convenient location. About two blocks away from the King of Prussia Mall. Which means it’s close to shopping and restaurants. About a 35 minute drive from the Philadelphia airport. All depending on the time of day and the day of the week of course. Water and coffee available in the lobby throughout the day/night. Very noisy. You hear a lot of traffic noise. Even throughout the night. Not sure if my room was in front of the turnpike but the noise never seemed to quiet down. The luggage carts were hard to manipulate around the halls and in/out of the elevator. I appreciate having them available but just hard to use them.
