The bed was comfortable! The hotel did not have a pool on the property. Instead, you had to walk to another hotel to use theirs, but our key cards didn’t work, so we couldn’t access it. The same was true for the complimentary breakfast—it was served at another hotel, requiring another walk. Overall, it was very disappointing and not what we expected. Not worth what you had to pay.

But whoever designed this hotel should be sentenced to spending time there. The electrical outlets are not in convenient places. (I had to move the coffee maker to the restroom because that was the only counter space within the cord's reach of an outlet.) And if you book the hotel request a room away from the lobby. Who the [heck] puts room adjacent to the lobby and the elevator control room?! It was too warm to run the A/C so being about ten feet from the front desk I heard every check-in before midnight and woke up to the morning clerk prepping for the day. I tried to change rooms, but they were not only booked but OVER booked (which I learned at the same time as the unhappy person who found out that he was going to have to share a bed.) I left two stars and let me make it clear that those two stars are exclusively for the staff. Do not book this hotel unless you like the feeling of sleeping in the damn lobby. (Also judging by my stomach's day long reaction after breakfast and the fifteen minutes waiting for the clerk to return to the desk I suspect that someone had a mild touch of noro.)

The breakfast was ok, and quite adequate for the price we paid. The room was very clean and maintained well. Smelled good! I’ll chalk this up to a bad day.
-

BEWARE THEY'LL OVER CHARGE YOUR CARD AND NOT REFUND YOUR DEPOSITS

The hotel is in transition so we were willing to cut them a little slack, but despite asking, we never got fresh towels or more coffee or the trash emptied in six days. Or the beds made. The room itself was adequate and we loved the soaps and shampoos.
-
Excellent staff, breakfast was fresh and room was especially nice and clean.

Decent place

Stayed for a week. Had no hot water the first half of the stay. I had to get someone in to fix the toilet. Only had our room tidied up 1 time even though I had asked for more. I picked this hotel for the 4 star rating and was disappointed in my experience.

I was at this hotel for four days and my room was never cleaned nor were the coffee supplies replenished. Trash cans not emptied nor was the bed made. Each day I had to go to the front desk and ask for more coffee and that it be replenished. On the second day I asked that my room be cleaned and it never happened. Staff seemed indifferent to their guests requests.

It was nice location, clean hotel, but too sad the staff service was bad.
-
Price was reasonable, breakfast was better than expected, and room was clean. Parking was easy. My only complaint is that the mattress in our room was rather old and squeaky. Overall, it was a great stay!

We were given incorrect information about breakfast. It was located in the next building. And NO HOT WATER. SHOWERED IN COLD WATER. UNACCEPTABLE
-
no milk for cereal, terrible bagels took 20 minutes for employee to find milk see above
-
Easy to find, good location near mall area (shops, restaurants, etc. Room was clean and spacious. No breakfast buffet but you could go next door (2 minute walk) where there was an excellent (large) (free) buffet with cold and hot items for guests of the Prussia Hotel. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Thank you!

Staff is wonderful. Hotel is convenient. It’s a bit rundown even though it’s been renovated. Food is adequate, but not great.
