They should not advertise they have breakfast because that was not breakfast. They should be ashamed of themselves serving what they served.

The bed sheets were quite scratchy and made the bed feel a little itchy/uncomfortable, so that could definitely be improved. The staff was professional, but the service felt somewhat minimal and lacked the warmth and welcoming hospitality I would expect from a hotel stay. A little more friendliness and engagement would have made the experience much better. Overall, the property was clean and I appreciated the carpet-free rooms, but there are a few areas where the comfort and guest experience could be improved. Super close to shops and King Of Prussia mall which is a plus.
