This was probably the worst Motel 6 we've stayed in in quite some time. Bathroom/tub were dirty and didn't look like they were cleaned. The floor was sticky in some areas and really slick/slippery in others. NO towels in the room and the desk attendant was not very helpful. Snack and soda machines were OUT OF ORDER so if you wanted a late night snack or drink you couldn't get one. I will not ever stay at this one in King Of Prussia again. My son and his girlfriend had similar issues and their toilet was broken and was supposed to be fixed but wasn't and then when asked if they could switch rooms they could NOT without paying an extra fee. LIKE WHAT THE HELL???? You cannot stay in a room that the toilet doesn't flush, it's unsanitary. This was AWFUL.

This hotel was located near where myself and my sons were visiting. We stayed one night and the girl at the front desk was very friendly. I thought breakfast was offered but it was not. There was coffee. The room itself was clean. The tub looked like it has spackle or something in it and the vent was dusty. The beds were comfortable and I got a good night's sleep. Probably only good for one or two nights stay.

Oh my. Dirty. Dried paint all over the bathroom. No hot water. Just not worth the money.

Checked in on Thursday and checked out Sunday the trash was never emptied the bed’ s never changed or made up. Security doors where left open all day

Is not far from the mall and restaurant The hotel and the room need to be updated. There were only 2 towels, 1 soap, no shampoo, no hand cream, only 2 pillows, and the bed was horrible.
-
The rooms were not cleaned the whole time I stayed there which was 3 days. Trash can never emptied no fresh linens or clean towels. Sink did not drain which left water in all the time. They had no security the doors where always left open.

Location, staff were nice Room was not clean. Table in the room was ripped out of the wall and not usable. Room smelled like smoke, though I booked a non-smoking room, and made myself and all my clothes/items smell of smoke.

We got there 2 day early 3 am was charged for 3 nights i left pillow and soap in room before book one they got thrown. My dad fell shower do to no shower matt when asking for one all they could do say sorry all we could do call ambulance if needed which he hadnt. In sweet there no plunger pots or pans use with stove. The stove was in on position when we turn gas on. Windows were dirty. None side door entry hotel locked they all just walk in no key. Bathroom door did not shut in room booked

Everything was basically good except there was no heat in the room

Room was good, staff is a different story. The best ones were the few dealt with when we checked. The older Hispanic lady was the rudest of the bunch with how she was supposed to do room service she would only ask us what we need and tell us to put the dirty towels on the cart for her

The room was dirty and smelled like smoke.

Beds are comfortable. Even room had some nice sunlight afternoon. Room itself was clean. Price was in line. Would prefer a rug in the room. Facilities not very clean. No body wash or shampoo in shower. Would have liked larger, softer towels. Towels were definitely cheap and uncomfortable. Very unappealing, unclean entrance to the hotel.

Late check in is great ? The roaches.

Rooms are being remodeled. But there is 2 staff members that have made this stay awful. The older cleaning lady that is supposed to do the housekeeping has given my dad nothing but problems she complains about doing any housekeeping. My dad is disabled and she makes him leave the room with him having a bad back. And the supervisor in the mornings I don't know what's her deal but she has had a real attitude since we have been here. Other staff have been super gracious and nice to us and understanding in our situation. This has been an ok stay otherwise. Due to our situation it has been a stable roof over our head for the past few weeks which we're grateful
