Hyatt House Philadelphia/King of Prussia

The staff was fantastic. The hotel was spotless. I couldn’t ask for more.

Everything was great. From the moment we walked in and were greeted by Courtney (I hope I spelled that right) and her big beautiful smile, everything was perfectly smooth. My daughter enjoyed the pool and the great breakfast. We would definitely stay again.

Clean and safe hotel located in a very convenient area to freeways and mall. Super comfortable beds. We stay here every time we are in the area and have never had a bad experience.

Staff very helpful and pleasant.

This is my second stay at this hotel & I will stay here again when I’m next in PHL.

Hands down, Top 5 of the best hotels I have been to when traveling for vacation. I cannot say enough amazing things about this hotel. Nice breakfast variety. Clean pool. Clean room. Not a single issue. I HIGHLY recommend this hotel.

Staff was wonderful, kind and efficient across the board. We felt like valued guests. I’d recommend this hotel for sure - and great restaurants and shopping locally. We stayed three nights and were very happy with our stay. Good breakfast buffet, too!

The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The property was well maintained and the rooms were clean and worth the price. We will stay again when visiting.

Wonderful stay. Everything was great. We had a separate rooms for our teenage kids and they upgraded the room so they could stay next door to us. Great experience

I stayed for one night to celebrate my wife’s birthday. Informed the front desk that the tub was backed up w/ water and was not offered a new room that night. I showed but my wife refused to shower in standing water first thing the next morning I informed the front desk of the issue again and was told an engineer would be there to fix it before check out but they never showed. Management was no help because they are not there on the weekend smh. To this day I still haven’t been giving an apology or even a partial refund

Breakfast, pool and clean hotel 💙

Probably the best hotel room I've ever stayed at. Bed, bathroom, kitchen amenities, all of it. The fitness center and pool/spa, however, were neither bad nor particularly remarkable, Notably, the fitness center could benefit from a fan or some sort of additional cooling. Overall, would stay again, would recommend, 9/10. Breakfast was good too.

Cleaning staff was incredible as were the front desk staff!

Everything from the bar to the staff to the room service everything was excellent ! Pool was heated and hot tub was nice! Lots of parking and ground were clean! Loved this hotel from top to bottom!

The staff left hair behind after cleaning. You can see the room was clean but not meticulously clean. It may just be me. Overall, I appreciated this stay for what it was. My children enjoyed the pool and the staff were friendly toward the children
