Excellent staff, the only thing was not enough pool towels left by the pool

Rooms are deep cleaned. Shower pressure is just right. The front desk staff is very polite and helpful!

Tho there was a massive FIFA watch party across from the hotel and many rowdy families... the hotel was amazingly prepared for those of us that wanted quiet and relaxation. Was sad to check out... wanted to extend our stay because it was so enjoyable

We had 5 people staying in 2 rooms. Despite the fact that there were very specific directions provided to operate the TV, none of us could figure out. There’s no need for a TV to be so complicated. Very disappointing. Otherwise, this hotel was super & I would stay there again. Great location.

Not the best, but not the worse. Room was very awkwardly laid out, also did not feel like the room was the cleanest. There were certain areas that were visibly dirty, including the pocket door to the bathroom that was pretty gross. Staff did seem friendly. Breakfast was just ok at best.

Location was very good, just a block or two from the King of Prussia mall. Rooms were good, except ours had a faint odor of Raid bug spray, which unfortunately was the strongest right behind the bed. Other than that a very nice place to stay. Just be ready at check-in for them to charge your credit card (refundable) $50 for "incidentals",

Wonderful upgrade to 2 BR suite was much appreciated after a 3 hour drive and lacrosse tournament.

We travel for new balance nationals this is my favorite hotel to stay at.

We were so amazed at how clean and perfect The rooms were here. I will always stay at this hotel when I’m in the King of Prussia area 100 out of 10 experience!!
