Very good

Overall the space was good. Great for extended trips. However, the internet was very weak and would not allow me to work in the room. Had to use my phone to do some of my work.
-
The staff was very helpful and friendly even when you left something in the room after you checked out 🙃
-
We went to check in and they said they over booked and since I booked through Expedia they couldn’t modify our reservation and give us a room that was open. Front desk guy had no idea what he was doing.
-
I was unable to check in and there was no back up equipment available for customer to check in. Unable to check in and was not credited for the stay.
-
Check in took longer than expected. Hotel was in a convenient location for our needs. Forgot extended stay hotels are pretty basic for amenities.
-
Location Room was not cleaned. Full bag of trash under sink. Air conditioner and fridge were very nosy. Needs updating.
-
Location Front desk check in wasn’t completed correctly, they kept leaving the front desk untended, room was ok could have used more pillows,
-
The location to king of Prussia was convenient The room was filthy, the bathrooms had hair all over, the shower and sink were rusted and there was no warm water. The whole building smelled like cigarette smoke and the company it kept made it feel unsafe.

I liked that the rooms were clean upon arrival. That is the only positive note about this property. The staff was rude. The checkin process took over an hour. The convenience was non existent. I needed to extend my stay by 1 day and had to 'check out' then 'check in' which was another hour long process and was charged double my initial rate. The 'breakfast' was subpar granola bars and muffins and junky coffee. I booked a handicap room and was not given a handicap room and was told that's all they had.

Room had dirty floors and stained sheets..

I was in town for work. I was exhausted when I arrived. Shawn, the colleague at the front desk, had such a great personality. He made my check in so easy. He mentioned coffee and muffins in the morning, and gave me suggestions on food delivery. When my delivery went horribly wrong, he was very sympathetic, even though it wasn't his fault. He never stopped smiling. After I got my dinner out of the vending machine, I went back to my room and realized I had nothing to eat it with. He graciously brought utensils to my room. He is definitely in the right business. I'm certain that he has made many people happy with his genuine hospitality. I felt it was important to share my positive experience. So often all that is given is negative feedback. Shawn is an asset to the hotel, and I would absolutely stay there again. Well done!!!

Can't wait to see the renovations on my next stay there

These particular hotels are not made for one night visits, they are definitely for those who need to stay for a week or longer. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom was clean but… for some reason when we were there it was a bit noisy with doors slamming after midnight and children playing upstairs. I think they advertise a breakfast which is a danish and coffee. Overall, it is a sufficient place to stay, but next time I think we will stick to hotels that are geared to one night stays .

I was assigned room 353. When went in there the room was filled with roaches, dead and alive ones. The cabinets and microwave looked run down. This is not a place I would recommend. The staff was nice and we got another room. The room was much better. The look on the outside was nice. The smell and the look on the inside i didn't like

Roaches, moldy shower, smelled like cigarettes.

Nothing They were overbooked and canceled my reservation They were overbooked and cancelled my reservation

The hotel is dirty. The elevators are dirty. The rooms are dirty and pretty beat up. My shower barely had any water pressure. The staff was excellent, helpful and super friendly.
