Element by Marriott Valley Forge King of Prussia

Overall the hotel was a nice facility. We liked the large room with the kitchenette and the lobby with the breakfast was nice. Service fell a bit short. We purchased a bottle of wine from the hotel's refrigerator and there was no wine opener in the room and the front desk was unable to locate one for us. We had only one large towel stocked in our room. We did not get our room serviced over night (we were gone the entire day) and had a broken window shade. At one point we were in the lobby and one of the front desk employees was pouring chex mix from a bag into her mouth behind the computer. None of these were deal breakers but we got the ick from the combination and will not choose this hotel again.

Hotel was very nice. Cost for parking at hotels now is a new money grab but ok, that is taken out of the incidental deposit. Floors in lobby and elevator wet from pool guest going to and from pool and rooms. Wifi was pretty bad, I couldnt use my laptop as well as me turning the wifi off on my phone and my cellular data was just as bad when in room. I did not like that housekeeping knocked on my room door 3 TIMES a hour in a half before check out to ask me if i was indeed leaving by 11am. The first knock startled me out my sleep and i was unsure of what I heard so i just laid there. Second time I was getting up and before I could get there another knock came. That is very disturbing for someone who is resting for a travel ahead. If I didnt extend my stay with the front desk then yes I am leaving "at 11". Overall my experience was very quiet and enjoyed. I love that the tvs have streaming log in availability. The tv guide did not load all night but we managed. We were upgraded to a suite and we truly appreciated the space. Rooms were very clean and cozy. Front desk staff were very nice and informational. Loved the apple cucumber complimentary water in the hall outside the elevator. I will be returning.

Price reasonable but room have 2 ,3 spider in the celling Spider ( 2 to 3 ) in the ceiling room

The place and staff are awesome. I highly recommend staying here, especially those in the healthcare field. The rooms feel like they had us in mind when designing. I will be staying here again next time I'm in KOP.

The staff was very nice and friendly. We had 2 roaches in our bathroom so that freaked us out and we left.

The property was super clean. Everything was good except at night the air conditioner turned off at night. It was hot in the room and the air never turned back on until 7 am. There were also no shelves in the shower so there’s no room for anything.

Everything is great, staff amazing and breakfast is delicious. The onlllllkky thin id had to the rooms, a mirror (one can fit right where the thermometer is located). Then he’ll be perfect! Last, staff has to be careful double charging the incidental fees. I was charged at check and again the next morning. Simple mistake, but it ca. be prevented.
