Check in & room were great, lots of construction and since it was a week night the restaurants were closed although the fast food vendors were open
-
Clean room casino was good
-
Everything was well taken care of. Property is nice, room was large, people were great.
-
Decent, beds were comfortable
-
I received a bogus charge to my room bill made by someone else when paying their bar tab. The staff hasn't been very helpful in resolving the disputed charge.
-
Very nice the location is perfect
-
Very clean, the staff is very nice
-
No breakfast. Disinterested front desk staff. If you have OCD, rooms in the towers are pie shaped so nothing lines up with the center line.
-
Also, a lot of construction going on which made the environment 'messy'. The room itself was nice.
-
Was clean , I was very pleased with everything
-
Water wasn't getting hot. I had to keep calling.

First, the property is undergoing a major renovation and there is a lot of construction. It is difficult to move through the renovation areas. There was only one person at check-in and I had to wait 10-15 minutes to check in. The rooms were clean and relatively quiet. I’m not a good judge on the amenities or the casino, so I won’t judge those categories. The food court was overpriced and uninspired, but there were options. We saw the menu’s and choose to eat at a restaurant outside the “resort”. One gripe, the room quote did not include a mandatory $10.00 “resort fee”. It’s just an excuse to charge more money…to me it’s false advertising. This was an okay place for a nights sleep, but I wouldn’t go back.

First time ever leaving a review , horrible experience , just head to ac a lot better options there with a lot more to do

maintenance came up three times and could not get my air conditioner fixed. It kept getting cold for 10 minutes and getting hot again. They wanted me to move and I told them I could not do that. I had no one to help me. They only offer me a $40 credit for food.
