i the property has a pay breakfast. i ordered a bagel that was just terrible. $8 and it was below a frozen walmart bagel. they should be ashamed

The towels had a funny smell

It was clean, staff was nice We kept getting complaint calls about the kids when it was a whole party going on just doors down from me and all the kids were in my room not in the hallways or nothing.

All facilities are so old. Towels are so yellow. Bed is not comfortable. We don’t want to come back again. So not clean and too old. Breakfast is no good.

Having to pay for parking - include it in the room rate or don't charge at all. This is an unreasonable add-on. Sofa bed was very uncomfortable. Room rate was too high.

The hotel charges premium rates but delivers subpar amenities and quality. Our neighbors had three adults and three kids crammed into one room, making it extremely loud and disruptive. Not worth the price at all.

I told the staff so hopefully it won’t happen to you. The towels were dirty looking and the sheets were small so it kept coming off.
