We love the location, cleanliness of the rooms, & the accommodating staff. This was our 2nd stay, and there will be more in the future! Nothing

Location A male worker wouldn't stop taking pictures of the adolescent girls that were swimming at the pool. We confronted him and also told the front desk but nothing was done. Also when we walked around our room with white socks on or barefoot our feet turned black. I asked if housekeeping could mop the floors but even after she the mopping it still happened. The loud partying towards the back of the property was nonstop. We normally stay towards the front of the property and have no issues but this time they put us in the back and it was horrible.

I have been stay here my whole life it’s a very special place to me and my family we love everything about the suites! No complaints here.

I like that it is within 15 mins of Disney and universal parks. Old town and Fun Spot are literally within a min walking distance. The staff are very friendly and kind. Victor at the front desk was super nice and friendly helped us get checked in and accommodated our request to be closer to old town. He is amazing! There was nothing I didn’t like.

The rooms were so large, clean; and nice! The executive sweet had both kings in one room. It would have been so much nicer if one was in one room and another in the other so the adults weren’t sleeping on top of each other

We arrived on spec and booked a room there and then. The room was like an apartment and close to a pool. Beds were really comfortable. Staff were lovely and very helpful. Nothing

I think it was over priced coffee and a bagel with cream cheese for 17.00. The tv did not work in the bed room, and the air didnt work in the bed room. The price of breakfast

The pool was amazing The tv was placed behind door in room lol so had to keep door closed to watch tv.

I was on a ground floor apartment away from old town, which I asked for. The apartment was cleaned with fresh towels every 2 days and non of my personal items were touched. The safe in the apartment was easy to use and obviously all important documents were stored safely inside. Nothing

Amazing value, for the price, spacious rooms, very well maintained, nice and clean, location is amazing. Great job guys. Keep it up. The only thing is that the big window in the living room, you're either have it all the way open exposed to everybody, or you have it all the way blocked out, nothing in between, so you're either have a dark living room with zero light from outside, or you have the windows open exposed totally to everybody walking by, I suggest partial sunlight blinds
