Clean room, not flexible if you want to stay extra nights but great place to stay for vacay!

El cuarto estaba lleno de polvo el personal nunca recogió ni las toallas tampoco nos trajeron nuevas el ascensor del edificio solo funcionaba uno y había que esperar mucho tiempo para poder usarlo

All the amenities were very dated and old, things were kept up but needed to be largely redone as a whole. The mini golf and swan boats were boring the pools included were very very average at best. The water park admission was not included in my reservation but when we paid to go we were underwhelmed. There were not enough supplies in the room, trash bags and toilet paper, and I wasn’t under the impression this was an Airbnb type of situation where we would have to purchase that.

Didn’t like distance from room to Water Park

Terrible check in; very busy since was a Independence day but horrible experience with the rooms.

Very clean and organized

Waterpark is not included in your stay, as well as the bike rentals along with the ice rink. The lazy river is good but keep a watch out for the kids, the lifeguards are not really paying attention and there are people pushing with floats and hurting others against the walls. The lazy river is not big and there is no kind of control from the staff there. In a positive note they are really strict with the height requirements for all slides.

All good just the internet connection was very poor .

Comfortable apartment, great amenities. Had several pools. Customer service was awful. First apartment was falling apart. A/C didn’t work, sink was clogged, ceiling was leaking. After 2 days we had to ask for another apartment. New apartment was beautiful but the A/C was not working properly.

The furniture are out dated and very little closet space. The apartments/rooms are very clean. It is very family friendly and safe for all families. It is a very diverse environment. Please keep this in mind Westgate is a timeshare Resort company. They are going to try to sell you a timeshare. Enjoy vacation with your love ones.

Very helpful and accommodating staff

I enjoyed the property had plenty amenities. Staff is very friendly. Check-in and checkout took a little long, however very helpful.

Great property was very nice. Couldn’t use amenities due to rainy weather. But the condo was great with space. I would rebook.

Customer Service during check in was and we were upgraded to newly remodeled 2 bedroom villa that was GREAT! 😍
