Very good

The bathroom was so dirty, I wouldn't even take a shower. If we weren't so exhausted I would have left, the pool wasn't even open. The lock had tape on it. The health department needs to shut them down.

I didn’t. Rude, disrespectful, judgmental misinformed front desk agents.

Advertised as having a pool, but their pool hasn't been open for a year

gross rooms not clean at all the staff is rude and disgusting attitude do not stay here Everything they are gross

Location There was mold in the mini fridge. It also didn’t work. The room smelled strongly of smoke but it’s non smoking.
-
Ac cold
-
Cigarette burns on the bedspread! Cigarette burns on the counters. Smelled TERRIBLE.
-
Absolutely nothing. Asked for non-smoking room and was given a smoking room that had cigarette burns in the furniture. The upkeep of the property is not good. The desk attendant seemed bothered and extremely unfriendly.
-
Nothing it was disgusting. The room was advertised as non-smoking however is absolutely stinking of cigarette smoke and the floor was yellow from the staining of tobacco. The front door had a massive gap in it where you can see the outside and had people knocking on the door multiple times throughout the night, absolute joke! I would highly recommend that you DO NOT stay here as the photos of the property do not show you what it is really like. I believe a lot of homeless people stay in these rooms full time. May be a cheap stay but it isn’t worth the uncomfortable stay.

A nicer mattress would have been nice but it was very hard bed everything else is great

Nothing So the beds was disgusting they had burn marks all over the covers. The covers were nasty. The bathtub wouldn’t drain. The plugs didn’t work. There was a couple lightbulbs out. The towels were disgusting and stained they stunk I asked for a king size bed. We got two queen beds. The floors were dirty. The heat wouldn’t work. The pillows didn’t have any cases on them. The table was dirty and the refrigerator was dirty. We had went to a concert and we didn’t even stay there that night. Actually we got back from the concert and it was about 1 o’clock. We packed our stuff up and we drove back home. I would not have laid down in that bed.

It was a great location. We were gone all day Saturday and came back that night to the floor flooded from the room above. Brought it to their attention and didn’t do much at all. The least should’ve been money off our stay.

The owners of this hotel are super friendly and so willing to help. The whole hotel is clean inside and out. That the pool wasn't open yet
-
nothing really. when I booked it. I was not told that the smoking rooms were on second floor. I am handicapped. stairs was the only way to the floor.
-
the only room they had was a smoking room and it smelled like 100 dudes came to make it it a day. i left and went to a hotel down the street because they wouldnt give me a different room.

Location was fine Room was gross. Not clean. Writing and stickers all over the mirrors and walls. Missing baseboards. Damage to the room. Bedding seemed dirty. Accidentally reserved a smoking room and the staff stated they couldn't change it even though I hadn't paid for the room yet.. beds were bad spring beds. Some lights didn't work. Shower was disgusting and I felt I would get dirtier by using it.
