Everything about the hotel was excellent except for housekeeping. Our room was not cleaned at all for two days, then, after saying something to guest relations, our room was semi-cleaned. The bed was made, but they didn't replace the coffees, or replace the towels. One day they took the towels but didn’t leave any,

We loved our room. The bed was very comfortable and I got a great night’s sleep. The only negative was a fire alarm went off in the middle of the night, and the staff didn’t know what to do. We asked if fire was coming they didn’t know. They just were not trained well for these kind of events. The fireman did come and clear the building and we were able to go back to bed our input would be train your staff on how to handle a fire alarm.

Clean and fresh. Right off major roadways. And I had a conflict with a Booking.com change and Gabriel was super helpful to get it resolved.

All the staff was great! Super friendly Our room door didn’t latch, but as soon as I told the front desk it was fixed by the time I got back.
-
The room was clean and the beds were comfortable.
-
The staff has a nice outdoor area to take breaks which means management must take care of the staff and that means the staff are more likely to take care of me.
-
Great hotel for price and location. You definitely get more than you pay for and it’s close to the Cruze farm ice cream shop and pizza place. Family was just passing through but would definitely stay here again.
