Graduate by Hilton Knoxville

The room was clean but had a damp/musty odor/feeling to it. It was not overwhelming but definitely noticeable. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean and pretty well stocked. I did not park this time but parking is very pricey! I did not have much interaction with staff but the girl (I have forgotten her name) who works at the cafe in the lobby, created the perfect latte for me each morning. It wasn't part of the menu but she suggested it, I agreed and it was excellent! The location of the hotel is perfect for visiting UTK campus!!

Location Was Not made aware about all of the construction on property OR that Valet parking was the only option!!! Info would have been helpful

Good location, recent hotel. Room door was not easy to open. Heavy and sticking.

Friendly staff and location Rooms run down. Bathroom door did not close or stay open. Entry door very hard to open and close - would stick. Very frustrating. Room next to elevator and could hear mechanism running all night. Rooms on different floors.

Clean room. Adorable hotel

It's not somewhere I would stay again. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't good either. The hotel had a bad smell that got even worse when we got off the elevator on our floor. The best thing about it was that it was the closest hotel to the Food City Arena. There were others within a tenth of a mile further though. The valets were very nice and the lady at the front desk was too. It was definitely not worth the price we paid. Next time we will choose to walk a little bit farther.

This hotel is VALET parking ONLY due to the location and there are no nearby public parking garages. The hotel has some really fun memorabilia but it needs a bit of a facelift. For instance, the furniture in our room was worn and there was an old water stain on the ceiling in our bathroom with black mold.

It’s always a great experience at the Graduate in Knoxville.

We decided not to stay as the property was old and small. It was not close to downtown. I was charged for overnight parking even though we did not stay. Disappointing.

Exceptional

All the Graduate hotels have incredible charm and attention to detail. Unless you hate the local universities, it is a great place to stay.

Tough to find parking but overall a lovely place to stay when visiting Knoxville. The bar attached is an amazing place to get a late night snack and drinks and the staff is amazing there. Would definitely stay again!
