Great stay for game day!

If you’re looking for a totally run down hotel this is the place to book. Even the door to my hotel room had to be slammed to close. Not even close to the quality of the Graduate Nashville.

Location to Thompson Boling Arena was great. Staff were helpful. Old carpet in rooms. Small bathroom with limited counter space. Black out curtains in room were useless. The track didn't cover the entire window so you couldn't close the black out curtainat all. Light flooded the room in the morning making it almost impossible to sleep past 7:30 or 8 a.m. There was no sleeping past 8 anyway because housekeeping was knocking at the door at 8:10 a.m. and even tried to open it. Luckily we had the privacy door latch or she would have busted in even when we said we were still in the room. We travel a lot and this has NEVER happened before!! So if you are looking for a mediocre room with a check out of 11 a.m. but want to be rudely awaken at 8 then this is your place!

This hotel was so cute! All of the decor is UT football related. The location can't be beat. You are basically right on campus! The staff was very pleasant and helpful. My only complaint is that they charge a $25 fee for an early check in. I have never encountered that and felt it was a bit excessive and unnecessary. I would definitely stay here again.

The staff was incredible!! Very kind and helpful! The hotel was dirty and rundown. I expected a lot more with the price and it being a Peyton Manning hotel. Won't go back. Cleanliness

There was an insanely loud dance party right outside the back of the hotel where we were.

This hotel is super cute, right next to the uni. The staff was so friendly, the drinks were good. room was soooo adorable. the only down side was that you could hear everything going on in the hallway, and the AC was a little loud but otherwise very quaint room.

The staff was beyond helpful!! When checking in, my child announced that it was my birthday. The next day there was a bag hanging on our door with a birthday card and a treat on it! Just so thoughtful! Also, my AirPods fell down the elevator shaft. I mentioned it at the front desk and she said she’d talk to maintenance. They went down and got them for me. They were so thoughtful and helpful!

The only negative would be the pillows. We like ours softer.

The room was clean but had a damp/musty odor/feeling to it. It was not overwhelming but definitely noticeable. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean and pretty well stocked. I did not park this time but parking is very pricey! I did not have much interaction with staff but the girl (I have forgotten her name) who works at the cafe in the lobby, created the perfect latte for me each morning. It wasn't part of the menu but she suggested it, I agreed and it was excellent! The location of the hotel is perfect for visiting UTK campus!!
