Nice location and well maintained Nothing

Renovations happening and parking was just ok. Overall the property is beautiful and remodeled units are amazing.

Room is comfortable Too old. The front deck lady is not happy.

We were told there was no pack n play for the toddler that was traveling with us and was sent a link to rent it??? That is one thing that absolutely should be provided by the property. So we stopped on the way from the airport to purchase one which was cheaper than renting one from the link. When we arrived there we found…a pack n play in one of the closets. Nice, but took valuable time both purchasing and returning ours. Frustrating. Great location, close to wonderful beaches, turtles and seals! There was a closet at the property that was SO helpful, it had a cooler, beach chairs and umbrellas, sand toys and goggles. We were very grateful for these and got lots of use out of them.

A little run down

Property was well maintained. Being that its right next to the ocean there's some rust here and there. Rooms are nice. Washer & dryer. Kitchen and we had 2 br 2 ba. Very nice walk in pool with a little bar and grill next to the pool. Great food and good drinks. There's a small gym with a sauna . Overall great place to stay. Next to ocean ,but No beach. I would recommend

We enjoyed our stay. The food was excellent, and the staff was wonderful. The only thing I would say is if they should clean the rooms more often. We checked in on a Friday and they cleaned that Monday. And we didn’t check out till Saturday. The bathrooms needed a little love. Otherwise we had a great time.

1) fully functional kitchen, which will saved money from eating out for our family of six. Hotel had appliances you can borrow (rice cooker, blender, etc.)..oh and a washer and dryer...I definitely overpacked. 2) we got the 2 bedroom set-up. 1 room with king sized bed, 2nd room with two single beds, plus a pull out sofa bed in the living room...every member of our family had a place to sleep 3) large pool, although not deep 4) cheaper menu's at the resort compared to outside restaurants 5) close proximity to walking path along the coast 6) friendly/welcoming staff at check-in and check-out 7) filtered water station to refill your water containers! Another money saving option. Cons: 1) you need a towel card to get towels for when going to the pool. This was an annoying process because you had to remember to get towels at the front desk, and not at the pool area. 2) slow response (i.e., we had to ask atleast three different times. We wondered if they forgot or if we were being ignored) from staff when we asked for additional towels and bedding supplies. Recommend: Get that ocean view, well worth the little bit extra. We didn't get it for this stay, but we wished we did. Bring laundry soap to wash your clothes..no need to over pack because you can wash your clothes Would use this.resort again for future trips.

Beautiful grounds and our 2 bedroom condo was sizable, well decorated and had all of the incidentals we needed. We had booked this hotel with 2 beds in the 2nd bedroom but only got 1 bed which meant that one of our kids had to sleep in the living room which didn't have A/C. When we requested a change to the set up we had booked we were told that there was no other availability.

all was excellent as noted with t he exception of checkin. our room was not ready and it would have been more excellent customer service to have been 0ffered a bit of compensation.

I have stayed at this property on and off for over 30 years. The property is very well maintained and beautiful. We are a family of 5 and the suite worked perfectly for our family. The room was clean and we had a great view from our balcony.

The hotel is set in a beautiful location, and the rooms were clean. The outdoor areas including the pool, koi pond and adult spa were well taken care of. There was paint peeling from the exterior walls. Additionally, the floors seemed very thin. I could hear everything going on above me. The internet was not reliable. When I called to get a solution, it took two hours for maintenance to show up to resolve the problem. Additionally, it took a long time to check-in, and there was no water offered in the lobby.

Great place to stay if you are in Kauai! Staff were incredibly helpful and we felt comfortable. The place is gorgeous with great views of the ocean. There isn't a sandy beach that is part of the resort, just a rocky one. However, there is a beach with sand nearby that visitors frequent.

Great for families!! Can’t wait for all of the renovations to be complete. Our family always enjoys this property! Staff is extra friendly, and get to know you by name!

Staff and pool were nice. Property needs a little upkeep. 10am check out is a little early. Would stay again.
