Perfect location — close to the trails, the beach, supermarkets and great local food places. The house is beautifully equipped — we had everything we needed and more :) Everything was great

The condo was not well maintained , creaky door hinges , a super noisy exhaust fan in the bathroom with no separate switch which has to be on if the light is on , no blackout curtains ( no curtains) in bedrooms or living room patio to keep the sun out , only cheap blinds which partially dont work , a broken ironing table, The property is a 10 min leisure walk from the beach/sea-shore and landscaping is good/well maintained and walking dist to a restaurant Kalapaki Joe. The property refunded my amenities fees after I reported all these maintenance issues as a good gesture.

The location is great, very convenient. The room advertised A/C. While it technically did have a portable unit, it was completely inadequate and only kept the bedroom comfortable. The room was one bedroom apartment around 700sq ft. The rest of the unit was hot, humid and miserable except for in the middle of the night. The TV’s were very outdated and completely useless. It’s 2026, I expect to have a smart TV for a room that costs $400 per night. The carpet was disgusting, it was dirtier inside the room than on the sidewalk outside. I asked if there was anything they could do about the A/C like give us a small discount for the misleading advertising, they offered to send a maintenance person to look at the A/C. I said there is no need, it is functioning as designed but that it is completely inadequate. They sent him anyway, he offered to bring me another one for a fee…

We were promised early check-in but denied at the last moment. This was not easy since we had an infant. Clarity up-front would have been great.

This is a good spot for people with children as its an apartment feel and you have everything you need to cook, wash dishes or do laundry. The pool areas are dated but clean as well as the furnishings in the home. If your just a couple there would be more pampering in a hotel setting with out the hidden fees. Cleaning fees and daily amenity fres etc. this shouldve been included in original hotel cost. It was a separate charge for each day you stood there. And we were there several days and they never bothered to at least pick up the trash. Also there is noone 24hours at desk.

Dirty towels, the staff at check-in was really not nice and did us a favor by helping us, there is no way to darken the room at night

Spacious 2 bedroom apartment with lovely furnishings, two decks and full kitchen. 'Resort fee', $300 add on at check in.

Short nice walk to beach. Easy parking. 70s-80s retro vibe. Washing machine. Beautiful garden. Mattress. Huge apartment. No split airco

Beautiful, peaceful, friendly staff, place was comfortable and clean. Cabinets smelled musty, sharp smell most likely due to humidity. I would suggest airing out cabinets once in a while!

The kitchen was fully stocked for cooking. Parking was easy once we found the unit. Construction in the parking lot. We moved from a 1 bedroom to a 2 bedroom, with ground floor. 6 nights were good once we settled in. My husband has hard time with 20 stairs and carrying luggage!!! We called for help when we first got there. Staff was gracious!!! :)

Everything we need was fulfilled at a short time .love the kitchen, view, and parking . I was blessed with a beautiful weather.❤️❤️❤️

We had a great 2 night stay, the hotel is in a great location and walking distance to the beach where the turtles hang out. The accommodation was quite dated but it was clean and very spacious and did the job.

Place was clean, it’s not a hotel ofcourse there is a little wear and tear but a beautiful condo
