Costa Art Hotel

The breakfast was nicer than expected. Continental, but there were lots of options like hard boiled eggs, things to make pbj, yogurts, bagels. Coffee was available all day in the lobby. They did have popsicles but you have to ask for them. The room was clean, not spotless, but like if a friend or family was letting you stay at their place kinda clean. When we arrived there was a piece of lumber sticking out from under the bed that one of the boys ran into, but that was easily remedied. There wasn't always someone at the desk and though one of the times they posted a number to call, because the person was cleaning they didn't know I called a few times.... Again, it's a small boutique place. Very cute and very convenient, they do their best and we very much appreciated everything. I can see how this would not work for everyone. Also, there is a liquor store next to the place I perused to get some Gatorades and maybe some beer for the room but it was ridiculous prices. I wouldn't recommend for much.

We stayed before. That's why we returned. The service was even better this time. Jonathan is excellent and really knows how to make you feel welcome. Friendly & professional. Clean facility, close to the Art museum and art showrooms and just a short walk to Crescent Bay Beach which is cool because the pool is small. However, good for little kids.

Minutes walk from the beach and free parking on property. They do provide beach chairs, umbrellas and beach towels. Small pool no hot tub. Stayed here before however this time there was mold in the bathroom. Also paid extra for a balcony upgrade still hasn’t been refunded for the upgrade that didn’t happen.

Our stay was perfect kids loved that it was close to the beach and then finish the day with a night swim in the hotel pool. The complementary breakfast was a hit it was a good way to begin our day.

Staff was very friendly, the hotel had the little coffee/tea bar open all day. Walking distance to beach was amazing.

We enjoyed our stay. Everything was super close walking distance. Cresent beach was a quick walk, trolly picked us up outside the hotel and dropped us off anywhere near laguna. However, I di believe the property could be a little more detailed as far as cleanliness. Pool was not heated even though they said it was. So we didnt get in. The bed was nice and clean bathroom bathtub not so much. Those are all things we can over look for everything else. Price was good, convenience even better

Nice boutique hotel located close to shops and restaurants. A little dated yet very clean and spacious. Not very good installation so bottom rooms can hear upper level stomping around. Well priced for the location.

This is the second time we've stayed here. The one thing we noticed this time is the staff was really helpful. The rooms are clean and we loved the two sink giant bathroom. Breakfast was just a continental but there was enough to satisfy. There is underground parking here. It was wonderful to have to not look for parking or paying for it. Staying here is great to be able to walk to a few nice beaches and note have to look for parking. Because, when staying in Laguna be prepared to pay for parking everywhere. We would stay again.

The room was clean and comfortable, the hotel was across the street from the beach and the staff was super helpful with beach chairs and towels available. Free parking and very convenient location

Such a nice hotel! Very clean, staff is very helpful. The rooms are remodeled beautifully. The only thing would be the beds are insanely loud, from rolling over to getting up the mattress or the base makes the loudest noises. Beds were comfortable just loud. The stay was great

Perfect place to stay in Laguna! Location is great for getting to the beach and the tide pools. Staff were attentive, responsive and very helpful. Room was comfortable and quiet.

The hotel was great! Expedia was a different story. The reservation did not process despite having a confirmation number. Luckily, the hotel was able to accommodate despite Expedia's lack of accountability.

Terrible experience overall. Very poor management and customer service. I would not recommend dealing with this place.
