Sal was great very nice and informative. Bed was very comfortable. He made us aware of anything that was possibly not work due to updates, which was great. It was a great stay

Broken shower. Broken TV. Doors did not lock fully. Ac was a bit musty.

Arrived right at 10pm and owner was gracious to let us check in and get situated. It was dark so didn't see water but could hear it. Everything closed in town except the grab and go. Close to hotel to walk to and grab some snacks.

Beautiful ocean view with a beautiful trees and short walk to the beach , loved the very comfortable bed and rain shower and short drive to downtown Laguna. I can’t think of anything everything was great!

Super thoughtful and diligent management at this property makes it a "go to" for me when wanting a little coastal getaway - Thank you Sal!

The owner was tremendously helpful, kind, and knowledgeable about the area. The room looked to be remodeled and modern, also very clean. The property is a nice walk to downtown and amenities nearby. It’s a beautiful walk to the beach. Overall, great stay and we’ll be back soon!

Great place with parking. Perfect for my 5yo son. No one underneath us. Nice beach a block away. Room was clean. Great stay for family of 3.

The AC Unit was so loud and the TV wasn’t working.

Easy check in and great spot

CBI is located toward the north end of Laguna Beach at the northern end of the free trolley. The highlight for us was the three minute walk to the Crescent Bay Beach. While not private, it was much less busy than other public beaches. CBI is close to a couple restaurants but the bulk of dining and entertainment are further south. Sal is a very helpful front desk person. CBI is an older property that has been adequately maintained. Parking is tight but free. Streetside rooms will be exposed to the Pacific Coast highway traffic noice feathering some fairly aggressive auto noice from time to time. Oceanside rooms are much quieter.

Close to the beach with an easy walk.
