My only compliant was when I had questions prior to the trip. Some were answered online and some just ignored. Then when I called the property I was rushed off the phone.

Rooms are spacious but only one elevator was working so sometimes you had to wait long periods to get an elevator

This hotel is a DREAM, it was our first visit to Maui and this place is what made our trip! We loved it here, the room was amazing and the views were incredible, we will definitely be back!!

Wow! I cannot wait to come back to this hotel. It really is a gem! Great staff, great amenities, great location! The only thing I was not a fan of was the birds all over. I wish they would put up signs to not feed the birds (similar to what we saw at Costco when we were there). The guests definitely make this problem worst, as the guests are the ones we saw consistently feeding them.

Great

Family of 4 stayed for 7 nights and 8 days in April. Our family loved the location of the hotel. The continental hot breakfast was great and convenient but wasn’t offered consistently. On Two days breakfast options were only offered from the take out menu and it took over 2 hours to actually get the food. The food trucks were open for limited hours but good options.

Nice place to stay!

This was a beautiful resort. The rooms were spacious and clean, there were walkable amenities and the staff were overall pretty fantastic. I would highly recommend staying here, and I am pretty picky about hotels. This was absolutely worth it!!

First of all staff was amazing, huge thank you to George and Melé. Staff made us feel so welcomed. The only downside is we had lots of bugs in our living area mainly on the couch. We are aware there are many bugs out. However my fiancé had a few bites, we kept finding them on furniture. I had asked for assistance; per Kehaulani at front desk an employee would follow up with us. We were instructed to wait 15-20 minutes for someone to inspect our room. We waited up to an hour and were never contacted regarding this issue. This is makes us hesitant to booking here, We were honestly disappointed, however apart from this bug situation, it was good stay.

This was an absolutely beautiful place with friendly staff and a great location on the beach. The pool is great as well. Food was delicious. We got to see so many great things right off our balcony, including a Hawaiian Monk Seal!

The staff were very attentive and welcoming. Rooms are a little outdated but clean. We would definitely stay here again. Plenty of parking, pool was great the kids loved it, and right on the beach.

Great place to relax

The property was beautiful, the only problem I had was the bed. It was so worn I felt like I was sleeping in a whole.

Just spent a week here. Overall had a great stay. The resort is dated but less expensive than many other options. Our room was clean, large and comfortable. Big bathroom with great shower and tub. The doors in the suite had slats in them so light and sound went through them which wasn't our favorite. Parking spaces are very small and narrow and sometimes hard to find (usuall at night). While they do offer free use of washers and dryers, there are only one of each for an entire floor! I had to visit many floors to find open ones. The worst part was the Breakfast Buffet. It was included with our stay, but if we had changed to breakfast not included we could of saved money on the room. Even being "free", we often didn't eat it. The food quality was absolutely horrible.
