Hilton Vacation Club Ka'anapali Beach Maui

We loved our 10 day stay at the Hilton Vacation Club. Would highly recommend! We especially enjoyed the location and the excellent nearby beaches for snorkeling, the pool area, the room with a lovely bathroom, comfy bed, kitchen supplies, the friendly, helpful staff, mini golf course on site, supermarket across the road, and a nice church and restaurants within walking distance. Just a great spot!

Several huge issues. Parking garage has very narrow areas to drive and park. Very challenging to navigate. More challenging to then find your way to your room. Food service and quality very average. If I wanted counter service and carry out boxes I go to McDonalds. I've had bigger showers on a cruise ship.

Beautiful place with great amenities. Clean rooms, friendly, helpful staff reached quickly with any needs through their text system. The rooms are well stocked- dishes, utensils, cups, simple cookware, even laundry detergent and dish soap. Will definitely look into other Hilton vacation clubs for my trips.

A beautiful property, comfortable and clean room with an amazing view, and very friendly staff who are on top of making sure you have the best experience.

Our room lost electricity a couple of times and no hot water one day and no cold the next. Front desk staff were very nice and tried to accommodate us. Breakfast was good, but would to liked to have used our voucher to order on Saturday and Sunday. And, not do the brunch. Went to the beach are but due to the high tides and hurricanes it has eroded. Pool is very nice. Our suite was very nice and clean with an ocean view. Nice thing it has fridge, microwave and eating area. Room had a balcony and was quiet. Toni at the concierge desk was extremely helpful in showing us where to golf and restaurants. So nice and knowledgeable. Overall, good medium priced hotel.

One of the best stays I've had in a long time. Great amenities. Very useful. Only thing was laundry washing machine was very dirty. But everything was perfect. More than I could ask for. Will definitely be coming back to stay here

My wife and I really like this place and we recommend it. The only thing was the building is dated but they are working on renovating it.

Stayed here last year and was excellent! This year was not quite as good. Did not get the room we thought we booked. When a description says deluxe ocean view, you think you are getting on the ocean or 1-2 rooms down side of building.from ocean. Our room was 4 from the ocean and on 2nd floor directly above the pool so could not hear waves but heard the water regenerating from the pool. I think that should be better described in the room description. Also, the hotel is under renovation so even being on the 2nd floor (they were working on the 12th floor) you can hear what sounds like jack hammers all the way down to the second floor 9:00-5:00 Monday through Friday.

The property was beautiful! The pool was amazing, we spent hours swimming and hanging outside. The staff were so nice and helpful. The beach is very accessible. We had 4 people and the room was so spacious. Having the kitchenette was very nice. Also the use of laundry was great. I would 1000 % stay here again!!!

Very relaxing and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Food was good. Hotel was on the beach.

Property is lovely. Rooms are large but poorly planned space..bathrooms very large with lots of waste space in the middle…the kitchen could sure use some extra space and is poorly equipped..no stove top or oven. No cabinets to store any food purchases. Wrong sized appliances in our 1 bedroom..a giant electric fry pan, one giant mixing bowl, no serving bowls or platters. Staff is friendly and very helpful. No restaurant on site but has a snack bar. Would be very helpful to have a cart or two in the parking garage for grocery and other purchases.

Room was clean and staff were very friendly. Great location and lots of lounges by the pool. Some facing the ocean. Really pleasant experience.

Great property! Beautiful grounds with lots of areas to explore. Easy beach access with a beautiful beach area for taking a short dip or snorkeling to see al the amazing fish. Turtles in the surf outside the windows. The snack bar has really amazing food too! One of the best things is there are sooo many great food options within a very short walk. And the grocery store has great Poke & Sushi! We also love the music on the patio with the beautiful Hawaiian sunsets! Bring a lots of sunscreen and a container for pool water/beverages. You can also bring blow up pool toys.

The rooms are great, the property could use some upgarades, specifically the resturant and the Bar..
