Booking needs to follow up better on their bookings and not be so greedy!

Our family booking was canceled by the hotel without any communication from the hotel or Bookings.com. We didn’t know until we arrived. No refund or apology given.

Beautiful Mosey staff

Beach was right there and very beautiful sandy beach. These factors make you swim in the AM and PM. Also they give you a towel for the beach. I wish the room could be cleaned a little bit better. I saw hair here and there in the bathroom. A water mark behind the faucet of the bathroom sink. My eyes tended to focus on that while I was brushing my teeth. Also, the seat cover of the room chair got stains: made me a little hesitant to sit on there.

The view The only light in the room was a lamp which made the room really dark. The door that divided our room from another room was closed using a 1x2 piece of wood. The bathroom was supper small and the shower head was broken. If you touched the shower head the whole thing came off. The fridge did not have any racks which made it useless. There is no clear indication of how to get to the beach and you may end up in the wrong pool.

I was in the FIRE at Maui. I had nowhere to go. My husband from the mainland booked a room on booking.com because website said rooms are available. When I got to hotel they would not let me check in. No power , electric, no cell phones. I have been trying over and over again to get Booking.com to refund and its always a "no" for this reason or another reason. Enough is enough! REFUND my money!! We were at this resort during the Maui Wildfire and the staff was absolutely amazing with the guests. They handled everything and everyone as best as they could with the little information and power/electricity they had. The main hotel ran on a backup generator and they were able to still provide food to guests and power in the lobby to charge your phones. I would highly recommend to anyone to stay here. N/a

Close to ocean We were in the KOI it’s very outdated and dirty, very unkept . Carpet in hall need’s shampooed. Our room smelled so bad I had to buy air fresheners

Personal were amazing It was dirty, carpet, room. Spiders in the room

The hotel is under renovations and sadly regardless of what they do it will not be enough… sometimes you have to know when a building has outlived its days. I was fortunate that they’re sister property graciously accommodated me and that hotel is beautiful. Authentic classic Hawaiian Hotel on lush grounds. Mahalo!

It was a short distance to Black rock, where we wanted to go, snorkeling, and it was for one night only.

I did not stay on property after seeing the rooms. It had an awful smell and looked very dirty. This place should not be listed for booking.
-
close to the beach and share amenities with the next door building. the furniture was dated and no elevator in the building.
-
Shower wasn’t too clean other than that, everything was perfect!

Location was excellent on the beach and access to main resort and parking lot was great. Very old and outdated property with no elevator facilities . Bathroom and room was old as well . Do we feel they have cleaned it the best they can one person to the well but it is a very outdated property so there’s only so much they could do .. but for the price we paid. It was disappointing.. plus the customer service when we check-in was not very helpful. They never even offer me any upgrade. I would’ve purchased it if they offered it to me.

They did not honor my reservation for one room and sold out so when I got there they made me pay double for what room they had left

Property is in need of renovation. Thin walls can hear everything. Mattress was stained up. Property was cute & right on beach
