The property was so relaxing and perfect for a honeymoon. All of the workers were very inviting and friendly! I would highly recommend this resort!

Exceptional
-
It was beautiful! Very clean! Many activities to do. Swimming in pools, on the beach, jet skiing, parasailing! Nothing

Stayed in the Hakupa’a tower and loved it. The room was beautiful, comfortable, and clean and access to The Lanai made it worth it.

There was a woman at the reception desk—I didn't catch her name. She was older and wore her hair in a bun. She made no attempt to help or offer advice. She was rude and unprofessional for a hotel of this caliber. I will not stay at this hotel chain again, nor will I recommend it. She didn't even offer any options regarding financial matters; she just stared at her computer as if I weren't even there. I was completely ignored.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The lanai tower was great. The pool was great with kids. Had a waterfall cave. Beach access was easy. Lots of dining options nearby. Arcade was fun.

This property has the best beach in the area. The hotels rooms seem to have been upgraded over the years. The beds are so comfy and the bathroom showers are perfect to bathe and relax in. The staff is amazing…always very helpful and always smiling… we have favorite bartenders, Eddy, Chris, Troy & Gerry and servers Allison and Lupe… these staff members always remember us and treat us like family. The pools are refreshing, the landscaping is beautiful. The family & children’s pools are well maintained with lots to do for the little ones & the adult pool areas are the best on “hotel row.” There are many places on the property to eat & the good is simply delicious and we eat at all of them over the course of our stays. We have stayed at this property over 10 times and we won’t stay anywhere else!

Su loungers on the beach expensive

pool area and bars were great, nice cocktails on the menu close to whalers village and restaurants easy access and close proximity to the beach. beds were comfortable a buffet restaurant to have breakfast. The shuttle service was not available, it was one of the reason i chose this resort, reception informed me due to the fires previously in Lahania it was not available. no bathrobes or slippers were provided in the room. bathroom amenities were minimal, mouthwash and body lotion were provided. i had to ask for a shower cap. coffee ,tea facilities are difficult to use, a kettle would have been easier. pillows were very soft and uncomfortable. kids club was closed

We traveled with 3 toddlers, the staff accommodated two connecting rooms which was amazing because this way we could put any kid to nap with their white noise, while we were in the room next to. It’s convenient that they have a Starbucks, and multiple restaurant a short walk away. Also, there’s a tiny plaza with brand stores and different food options. Allows you to eat out from the hotel or the room service. I wish their room service menu had more options for kids, and in general. Specifically in the breakfast. A broader in room service menu would make it a magnificent hotel. The arcade is very convenient for a change of scenery and when kids are getting through the other part of the day. Overall I was very happy with our stay with toddlers, highly recommend for families.

Beware that the room credits are only for overpriced food and drink (from limited choices).

Good location. Next door to Whalers village shopping center and an ABC store. The luau at the Westin is nice

Beautiful, clean property. Kind Helpful staff.
-
Great location and wonderful pool and restaurants. Rooms are a bit small though and bathrooms are just way too small.
-
room not cleaned daily, staff was good, very expensive
-
Check in was a little rough. We payed through Expedia and were told we needed to pay 1,400 deposit , The same amount of the room we booked. Even tho we payed ahead. We had a bit of back and forth when i surrendered and put the card they only charged us $300 deposit, which was the original estimate. If the staff communicated better, check in would have been smoothly and not scary.

Good resort, just expensive. Prepare yourself. It’s worth it tho.

It’s a nice island style hotel but there is no proper buffet breakfast and the variety of restaurants and food isn’t so good. They clearly have an issue with towels, you often have to wait to get the beach towels. Lounge chairs are also insufficient and you need to reserve them first thing in the morning by placing the towels on top but if you don’t return within an hour, it will be removed and you end up having no lounge chairs at all. It was quite stressful and I complained so they tried their best to resolve it for us. It’s a nice place for families, there’s a small outdoor shopping mall with some restaurants right next doors. Four days here were just right, any more than that would get really boring.
