Now when you check in verify you is the right property, because there are two Hyatt hotel, next to each other. Family was also very happy.

Clean room, the view was amazing from our balcony, great location to everything on the island.

Very Pleased. Highly recommend

Amazing views, beautiful room with a huge balcony and full kitchen

This place has it all! Gorgeous pools in varying depths and with bridges, tunnels, waterslide, etc. Ocean is accessible right out the back of the property. Always easy to find pool chairs. Pool bar with service right to loungers and good selection. Friendly bartenders. Excellent location with access to the Hyatt next door and their even bigger waterslide (great for kids 6+). Easy 15 minute walk to Whalers Village, catamaran rides, golf, and Roy's. Staff is excellent and attentive, easy to communicate with through text for any additional items needed. Condos are spacious and well-appointed, with foldout couch in living room, comfortable king size bed, huge bathroom with shower, tub and double vanity. The views are gorgeous - most rooms have spacious oceanfront balconies. Even the mountain view rooms are beautiful, with a window looking at the ocean and the balcony facing a gorgeous inland mountain. It's the best deal in Kaanapali - with 3x the space of a normal hotel room at a great price, ideal location and perfect pool scene.

The whole experience was great, the staff, the pools, the beach is steps away, a very nice shopping center is only a 15min walk.

I did not like the hidden fee of the parking of the car fee of $55 a day very upsetting. N the $49 a day fee for essentials . Would not come back to this hotel n Sad that Expedia didn’t mention those fees either.

The room was nice and big. We had a pne-bedroom. Everything about this property was amazing, clean and the beach view and the lani - beautiful! I've already recommended friends and family to book here if they are looking for a vacation stay.

Awesome place. Not overly crowded. Wonderful ocean view.

We would definitely stay here again and also highly recommend the Hyatt Vacation Villas. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Amazing property. Only thing we'd change is the quality of the coffee in the room. Would have been nice to have some better quality coffee / coffee maker to match the high standard of the room and the property in general. Other than that, we had an unforgettable time!

Our room was huge updated, Pristine with a washer and dryer. This is absolutely stunning for families! Highly recommend

We love this property and the staff there is great. The only downside is we were woken up from noise from the room above us every morning from 6:00 am to 8:00 am, It sounded like someone was running or bouncing a ball.
-
Wonderful pool and great amenities.
-
Great stay with family. My one negative comment is your things are taken away (incl any personal belongs) if you vacate your lounge chair after 60 minutes they have the right to take away. Asking hotel staff where our missing things were taking.

The one bedroom/bath was very spacious. Fully appliance stocked kitchen. Saved a lot of money eating breakfast in the room every morning. They have an adult only pool. Another perk. We will definitely come back.

told the front desk about the roaches and kept our place pretty well clean but it didn’t seemed like they sprayed for them. We find them in each room crawling on our bed by our head. It was pretty awful . The parking for $40 a night was also terrible , we received our car back dirty very dirty . Bird droppings , ants and the car was sticky , wings on the hood it looked like the car was taken to the Forrest (it obviously wasn’t) I think for $40 a night parking could have been way better . Everything else was great! We loved the pool, the floor layout , really a great place , although what was mentioned above. We stayed on the second floor 3402 , I believe was our room number . Maybe staying on a higher floor would/could help ??

The only suggestions are to put a flap at the bottom of the in room shower as we had so much water leaking out every time we showered. The washer and dryer(while very loud) were a tremendous convenience!!!
