Check In clerks hurry through the process in heavily accented English. Unable to understand what was being presented on the map of the property. We missed several important things.

The property was great, the staff were helpful and polite, food options were awesome. We had an overall great vacation.

Check-in was a 3/10. Our valet experience immediately upon arrival felt borderline rude rather than welcoming or helpful. We pulled into the front area simply to check in and were abruptly told that we needed to reverse “like everyone else.” We explained that we were just checking in, but instead of helping direct us, they continued to insist that we reverse. When we went inside to check in, our bags were still in the car and we had not been given a valet ticket. Despite this, the car was taken and parked. When we returned to the valet counter and explained what had happened, it took quite a while to sort out. We asked if our bags could simply be brought to our room, but were told we had to wait because we did not have a valet slip. We then asked if they could call our room once the bags were available and were told they could not. Ultimately, we went up to our room, came back downstairs, waited for the bags, and brought them up ourselves. The entire interaction felt unnecessarily difficult and was a very underwhelming level of customer service, especially as a first impression. Room cleanliness was also disappointing—about a 4/10. There was visible mold/grunge around each of the shower product bottles, and we found old flowers underneath the nightstands. Our room was also not consistently cleaned each day during our stay. The resort was beautiful! The room with a sofa bed was the absolute worst.

We went in July and had an amazing time. The property has pretty much everything you would want. We were traveling with three teenagers and grandparents and had two ocean view rooms. The upgrade is absolutely worth it for the view. The staff was amazing and we had access to everything we needed for an exceptional trip. The entire family agreed we would easily stay here again without question.

We had a wonderful stay at Hyatt Regency Resort and Spa! Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The grounds were clean and neat! Pools were good, especially the Hyatt Regency Vacation Club. Bedrooms were very clean.

We enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt Regency in Maui. Maid service was a little later than we would have liked, and the pillows were weren’t very soft. However, the bed was comfy and the staff was amazing.

Great property and they think of so many details! The staff is helpful, the grounds are beautiful and we throughly loved staying here! Some room for improvement would be not to charge for parking and the beach right in front of the hotel isn’t great for swimming but the pool has a great view of the ocean!!!! It’s a wonderful beautiful hotel and the grounds are beautiful for strolling through!

I specifically seemed out a place with air conditioning, however the only thing or place that had air conditioning on the property was the rooms , in which barely worked. Everything is so spread out and not as advertised on the platform in which Expedia said. They also need to offer more areas for smokers instead of having to walk almost all the way across the property for a single spot

Good experience only things negative were they will charge you $25 per towel for not returning beach towels and charge you $10 a day to use a microwave.

Out of all the hotels we've stayed at in Hawaii this is, by far, hands down, the best property. Everything was convenient everything was clean the staff was amazing the pool is awesome. Room service was every day but they gave you a choice to get additional points if you did not want room service every day.
