The property was nice, clean. Good location. We liked it a lot. Beach is beautiful and they have a couple of restaurants in the property that are ok. There is a boardwalk that is easy to walk to other hotels and restaurants, very convenient.

The facilities were exactly as described. Our ocean front room and the hotel amenities were wonderful.

I could technically see the actual ocean if I scooted onto the narrow balcony or pressed my head against the window, but even describing it as a "partial ocean view" would be generous. To make matters worse, the resort had a planned water shutoff from 10 PM to 6 AM during my stay. An email notice was sent a few days before arrival, but by that point it was too late to pursue other options. After checking in, I contacted management regarding both the room view and the overnight water outage. No alternative room, accommodation, or compensation was offered. The property itself is beautiful, the grounds are well maintained, and I still enjoyed my time in Maui. However, management's concern for my vacation was as absent as the ocean in my view and the water in my toilet.

property was fine, as expected. There was a problem with the water in our building --they didn't handle it well. Workers were in our room for hours and left the door open, didn't fix the problem, and no remediation was offered.

House keeping was spot on. There’s only 1 restaurant/bar for the hotel, but it was enough. The hotel is near so many places, so getting around was easy. They offer a shuttle bus if you need a ride. We’re looking forward to going back.

Consierge service can be improved. They are short on staff so have to wait long time.

You could never leave the resort and be perfectly happy! We did a lot of island travel though, and the resort was conveniently located.

Rooms were incredibly clean. Furniture was in great shape. We lost power the first day due to the tropical storm and they provided lanterns to the guess. They also had battery backup flashlights in the closet. I would go back in a minute. They do need to potentially extend their hours for outside cabana, either in morning or evening.

I was very disappointed with the room, no ocean view , just to the parking lot and same view of the mountains, I went to the from desk and unfortunately the car not do anything boI booked throughout expidia .

There needs to be open and appropriate communication with the property. Do not sell Ocean View rooms when the rooms face a parking lot and nothing by the ocean or with a view.

Beautiful property. Convenient to walk to some other restaurants close by. Room was spacious and clean. A wonderful reef to snorkel just in front of hotel. Not enough lounge chairs in shade by pool. People were claiming chairs by 5 am. No lounge chairs provided by hotel on the beach.
