Pool was clean Good stay Breakfast was good. I would of loved some gluten free options for breakfast We stayed for the weekend. Housekeeping didnt bring fresh towels for a two night stay.

The location was excellent—it's only about 5 minutes or less from Sesame Place, which made it perfect for our family trip. Everything we needed was nearby, including Sam's Club, Costco, family-friendly restaurants, shopping, and other conveniences. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend this Holiday Inn to families visiting Sesame Place or anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and conveniently located hotel.

We had a terrible experience in one of our rooms, melting plastic burning smell coming from one of the outlets, in which we told the staff and wanted to only offer a fan. We told them this is an urgent and safety issue. Only then when they came into the room, realizing it was more than that. It seemed as if an electrical issue was happening that could've started a fire. We then were accomodated for the issue and sent to another hotel, because there were no other rooms available.

Great stay. The tv in the room was a bit wonky but we were only there to sleep and shower. But we have stayed with this hotel many times and never a bad experience.

Never will book there again. After making reservations for 2 nights This place decided to cancel my reservations and then book it with someone else 15 mins before I checked in. Awful place. Staff was clueless giving no information. -10 stars overall.

It is old, run down and the rooms smell like smoke. When we addressed the smell in the rooms- they offered to use their marijuana eliminator spray. The lobby gives me a headache like straight Fabulousa! The pool is okay - also needs some attention. The carpet in the rooms is old. I don't understand why everyone before me gave this a 10/10 and lead me down the wrong path to reserving my time here. Glad I only had to stay and sleep one night! |

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Breakfast was perfect. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and always willing to help, making us feel at home from check-in to check-out. The room was spacious, quiet, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

This hotel was great! It’s close to many restaurants and stores. The area is calm and quiet. If you are planning on going to the sesame amusement park, it’s a 5 minute drive from this hotel. The breakfast is good and staff are really helpful. I will definitely return to this hotel in the future.

Personal belongings removed from room and staff falsely assumed early check out mid reservation. Belongings were not returned. Middle of the night strangers entered the room believing it was their room. Unsure why they were given access to a room currently occupied. No apology for the violation and theft or any steps taken to correct the experience of the stay. Would not recommend and will not stay here again.

All the staff - front desk - cleaning and breakfast room were all very nice and helpful- hotel’s complimentary breakfast as well as 24/7 coffee station shows thoughtfulness of the chain towards travelers needs - we had a very comfortable stay!

Our room smelled of mildew and feet. The pillows were also not fresh. It seemed the mildew smell came out of the HVAC as well. But the breakfast was nice and staff were cordial.
