Truly amazing breakfast! Clean property. Helpful staff. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Bathroom could be cleaner. Have stayed here twice and will continue in the future.

Did not like that the room air conditioner was not working, we were given a fan, because there was no one there to fix it. No one has reached out to me, regarding the situation, not even an apology. A bit disappointing.

Excelente todo el desayuno la atención lo único que en una lámpara abia un poco de polvo era mínimo pero soy muy alérgica al polvo mi esposo con una wipe limpio pero después de todo eso las camas muy limpias el baño limpio

Clean room, great water pressure (was important for me), breakfast items on Sunday were not resupplied timely ( it was many people)

The room was clean and neat. The worst part was the toilet keep running the sound was awful. We could not switch rooms be the hotel was booked.

Don’t sleep on the pull out couch in the king rooms! Was told no one uses them, that’s why they are dirty… SMH. The rooms look nice… but once you start looking closely, you’ll see they aren’t that clean!

Air conditioning did not work properly. Notified staff that we were leaving after a miserable first night. Staff member stated that there is no refunds for remainder of the stay. Then after consideration stated we would be refunded however it never happened. This place is a dump. There are several other nicer hotels in the area. I recommend you pick anyone but this one.

Noticed that The Air Conditioner in the room was not cooling in the Morning when we had a earlier check out. It may need service. Seems like it was blowing outside air in the room but not cooling or pulling the Humidity out. Room 313. We have stayed here several times before and didn't experience that in other rooms. Also only 1 elevator which seems slow. It was rather busy on a Friday/ Saturday which is understandable.

I was pleasantly surprised when we arrived for check in. We reserved through Expedia and they had all the information making check in quick. The room was spotless and the amenities in the room were great. It was quiet and the breakfast the next morning was heat with a wide selection.

My daughter and I had a great time at this Holiday Inn Express. It was conveniently located close to Sesame Place, The mall and eateries. The front desk hosts were very hospitable and professional. The hotel was clean, breakfast was good and it was a pretty decent atmosphere including an outdoor pool. I highly recommend staying at this location when traveling. I have no complaints.
