Great inclusive breakfast spread! Pool was put to good use. We went for multiple swims. Hot tub was perfect! Just the right temp for the kids to enjoy as well. Room was clean and spacious. Staff were all friendly and accommodating. Laundry room came in handy! Nothing comes to mind.

Convenient and comfortable with an excellent breakfast Window air conditioners in the windows. Some of the rooms had broken HVAC systems, and they still rented them out. Furniture had stains on it. Ironing board was squeaky and did not function properly.

Excellent experience. Spacious suites in good condition. Housekeeping is fairly quick responding to your needs. Pool and jacuzzi were great for the family. Friendly staff and a standard noon check out which is fairly generous

The bed was good, but the pillows were not. We needed 4 each and still wasn't enough support but overall it was a nice experience. Having great staff is very important for us and really contributes to your overall experience of a hotel.

So much wear and tear in the room, really needs a remodel/clean up. Drapes were stained and dirty, carpet was stained and dirty, shelf falling off of wall by sink, vents in ceiling were all rusted, shower/bathroom needed some serious TLC, and dishwasher in room never worked (the whole reason we picked this hotel). Very thin walls, heard dogs barking across the hallway the entire night. Overall, not great.

They upgraded up which was lovely but the shampoo & stuff was all empty in the shower and I found some nasty hair in the bathroom that wasn’t cleaned up before we arrived. The pool wasn’t open and that really put a sour taste in my mouth. I got this hotel for that. Could have stayed elsewhere but didn’t.
