Very welcoming and helpful staff, easy and plentiful parking, complimentary breakfast was basic but good and filling. Stayed for Sesame place and it couldn't be more convenient. This was our third trip and we look forward to the fourth!

The entire staff was incredibly kind to our children and family. Everyone seemed involved in making the experience special for our little ones, asking them to questions, providing coloring sheets, making them feel seen and safe.

Staff made the difference, they were welcoming friendly and very patient. Hotel was busy being right across the street from Sesame Place. The convenience made it well worth the stay.

A wonderful stay — we haven’t been this impressed by a mid-price hotel in many years. Staff was wonderful and so friendly and sweet with our toddler. The room was a super cool temperature when we got in after a long, hot day at the park — we typically expect to have to wait for the room to cool down once we change the temp but it was perfect. The bed was comfy and everything was clean. Breakfast spread was a great variety! The only tiny downfall was that there were no USB port chargers and we only brought one wall brick, but otherwise we were 100% happy!

We come here from NY at least twice a year and every time we come here it’s gets better every time and if you’re looking for local places to go for shopping or amusement it’s very convenient. The Employees here are always happy to help you with anything you need.

Melissa and Bruce and the entire staff were stellar as usual. Our only hotel we stay at every summer!

The hotel room were clean. My only complaint was the pool water was very cold.

When I asked if I could leave the car at the hotel, the clerk said yes. So I paid for two cars the first day and wasted $82, because I was not aware. I also was not aware that I was being charged for parking at the hotel. They should have mentioned it upon check-in. Melissa Thompson was very accommodating upon my request. I booked two rooms and she gave me adjoining rooms which was very nice.. I did request to be on the fourth floor and they were able to fulfill that request. Melissa was fabulous and we can tell she loves her job

Lots of cute little travelers for sesame place. We didn’t realize that when we booked, but it was fun to see them. The pool was tiny and cold. My kids were a little disappointed. The room kinda smelled like dogs but it was clean. Sad we missed breakfast because we had to leave by 6:30. The staff was great. Overall a nice place for families.
