We had ants in our bathroom and were treated like it was our fault, and the solution was to put ant bait( poison) in the bathroom next to the tub with 2 small level 3 autistic children in the room..we were lied to when we requested a different room and told one was not available however we knew there were because we looked it up, the staff hung up on us during phone call... In new room that they moved us to there was blood on the bedding and on shower wall, we did not report due to the attitude and treatment we received for reporting the ants in the first room....a few hours after leaving we noticed a $150 charge due to cleanliness of the room was what the staff said when we called and asked the reasoning... Cheerios on floor and some trash on the counter because the trash cans are so small you can hardly fit anything..

Comfortable and decently clean Rooms could have been bigger for price and only one light switch controled entire bathroom and one light switch in room.

The staff was SO friendly, and so accommodating. It was close to sesame place, and had breakfast included. Not a thing we disliked!

Great location and easy to park. The room was clean except for the glass partition that kept vibrating whenever you walk. The breakfast was really nice and I got to talk to some amazing people.

Very convenient to go to Sesame Place. You could walk over. The rooms were clean, beds not very comfortable. Breakfast was good including eggs and sausage. Staff at front desk was kind and helpful. Pool was small but kids had fun.

Large rooms for families Hotel charges guests staying at the property a $25 per day fee. How is that acceptable?

Everything was excellent the room is very clean staff was professional and helpful and we went to sesame place for my grandsons 2nd bday and we walked which was so convenient I really enjoyed myself and kids had fun we will be back

Jacuzzi The secret 25 dollars parking fee per day. That’s bullshit. I’ll never stay at your property again sneaky shit pisses me off. I will never stay at any of your properties again.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The lobby and my room was clean and well maintained.

My room was on the first floor and it was extremely noisy with guests going to sesame place. A lot of commotion, screaming and crying at early hours. My room also spelled of mildew and my carpet was damp. Housekeeping did not clean at all during my stay. Definitely overpriced for the quality of the room and the overall experience. The staff at check in and check out were very nice

The staff was friendly and helpful, pool was in service so was a disappointment. The room was never clean in 3 nights of staying, I did found some folded fresh towels on top of the undone bed when I got back from sesame. Breakfast was good

A perfect place to stay for a trip to Sesame Place. Staff were so kind and helpful. Breakfast had lots of good options, and was refilled regularly with the steady flow of families eating before heading to the park. Parking was a bit pricy at $25 a night but understandable given the parking rates at Sesame Place. The room was spacious and well laid out and was very comfortable for our family of 3.

The staff were all excellent! Breakfast was just ok.
