The location & staff The beds were both sunken in. The small pieces of carpet around beds were sticky and extremely smelly. The odor made me vomit.

I liked the location and front desk person was very friendly, helpful and professional. The mattresses were old with holes in them. One of the comforters had a stain. The tub had a black stain around the tub and a few spots in the tub. The rugs needed to vacuum plus the sitting chair had stains as well. The elevator smelled like pee. People left trash outside their door. There was a man standing outside for long periods of time, very concerning!

Not cleaned properly, maintenance is too bad, poor quality bed. Smells worst. But the staff was too good and helpful. The worst thing which I have face is the elevator. Inside the elevator it smells like urinals.

Didn’t work and the towel bar was hanging loose on one side. The bedding was stained and the shower had rust stains inside as well as the molding around the tub was peeling off. The front office staff was very personable

The location is great. Plenty of shopping and dining options very close by and you’re right off the main highways. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. It was clean, it felt a bit rundown. The beds were a bit stiff.

The price was good but the rooms smelled like you were on a bar. They say no smoking, but the whole place smells like cigarettes. The inside of the microwave had rust and it was dirty. The sheets were dirty as well as the bathtub. This place needs an upgrade and renovation. The staff where nice.
