Needs cleaning and updating My room refrigerator was dirty with food stains. The floors were stained. The bathroom was dirty. It just was not a good stay.

Bed was comfortab;e The floor had dibris on it . Needed to be vacumed. The toilet seat was loose and about to fall off, as it has been in other Red Roof Inns I've stayed in. Not sure hy that is an issue.

Close to Sesame Street The shower tub was slipper and dirty. There was no garbage trash in the bathroom. Also, the floor in the bedroom was sticky. Not enough chair for 2 people to eat in the dining table.

Some of the staff are friendly not all. One lady was really rude. Although it is very convenient location. Some of the rooms are cleaner than others

Location and staff tried to help There was mold and rust in the bathroom, the bed was super lumpy and uncomfortable.

if you stay more than one night, you don't get extra towels or coffee unless you go ask for it. All in all, I would stay here again.

Toilet seat had what appeared to be poop smeared on it and a long black hair. Front desk told me they had no one to clean it and were booked. Complaint filed for full refund. Smelled like weed and smoke despite signs that said "100% smoke free". Not somewhere I would ever take my 14 year old to again.

All we needed was a clean bed and bathroom. We got that The lady at thr front desk was very nice

Rooms were old and smelled like feet. Not enough toilet paper, towels, no iron to iron our outfits for wedding.

Front desk staff were great. Beds were okay, could use more pillows. . 2 per bed is minimal. Hot water was HOT. Issue's I had? TV was small and old school. . worst part? NO guide and the tv was SO slow to change channels that it made it impossible to watch TV. Took 10 minutes to go through the channels, 1 at a time. . try and figure out what the show was, some channels were missing. To make it worse, when I just figured I'd stream on my computer? Wifi was terrible. . almost non-existent. . and I was near the office. .not at the end of the hotel. Also, not so much as coffee in the lobby. Clean enough, beds good enough, price was decent in a decent area.
