the air conditioner was working on low it was never hot - they said they were sending an engineer. which never came = Also, on arrival there was not hot water. The hot water arrived the same day of arrival at night.

The air conditioner ran continuously but did little to cool the room, and the mini refrigerator was also not functioning properly, leaving drinks and snacks warm throughout our stay. The television channels did not work during our stay, which was especially frustrating while traveling with children. Additionally, there were very few, if any, kid-friendly channel options available. The hotel advertised itself as being within walking distance of Sesame Place, but we found that getting there on foot required crossing a very busy intersection without sidewalks in some areas, making it feel unsafe and impractical for families with children. We were informed that breakfast was served buffet-style from 8:00–10:00 a.m., but it was not made clear that breakfast was an additional charge of approximately $20 per person. This was only communicated at the time of payment, which was frustrating, especially considering our children ate very little. Additionally, the pool was advertised as heated, but the water was quite cold and did not appear to be heated during our stay.

Overall very clean! The only area that was a bit unkept was the pool area.

Enjoyed my stay here. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Definitely would recommend if you’re looking to stay somewhere near sesame place.

The hot water wasn’t working upon arrival but was working at night and following day

Room was clean and spacious. Staff brought us extra towels just a few mins after calling to request more. Very helpful with restaurant recommendations in the area also.

The staff was warm and friendly! The room was clean. Parking was readily accessible. The only issue was the room was not serviced one of the days.

Great location for sesame place. I paid extra money for buffet breakfast, however, upon arrival it turned out that I had to order from the menu for that specific $ amount that I had paid. Also staff was really slow for the breakfast! Leaving breakfast aside perfect location and great room

Hotel receptionist was very accommodating. Very helpful and friendly when checking in. Breakfast was very nice. Especially when speaking with Yoshi. She was a pleasure to speak with and very friendly.

The staff was nice and the room was clean. I came for my birthday. When we went to the bar for a cocktail for my celebration, they did not have a liquor license and no beer or wine. That meant getting back into our car and driving to get something to celebrate with. The pool area was nice, but I would not get into the discolored hot tub. It was so old and outdated that we did not trust it. But the final disappointment was that the TV was so limited that there were no premium channels or Netflix to even watch a decent movie. We assumed that they would have that, and we did not bring a streaming device. We watched a movie on our small phone. Honestly, for the $300 a day, there should have been more for us to do to enjoy my celebration. I am a Marriott Bonvoy member, and I have never experienced this before.

Either our fridge was turned up too much or its how they are, but beware of what you out in them. Our drinks froze inside.

Nice property, comfortable stay although for the majority of the time we were in the room there was a blackout so we had to sit in the (mostly) dark so we really didn't have a very typical hotel experience.
-
Receptionist that checked us in was awesome. Very helpful staff. Kind at all times

Didn't do breakfast. Bed was very comfy. Slept good. Bathroom shelf under the sink very dusty. Toliet didnt work at all.
-
My issues were not with the hotel or their staff but with expedia. Two queen beds became two full beds. Not enough room for a comfortable sleep.

Clean Confusion on free breakfast

Had the most wonderful waitress at the restaurant for Friday evening and Saturday morning she served me as well. Appreciate her greatly!

Although the room was clean the bathroom floor was slippery even in bare feet. The mattresses were not comfortable at all. Breakfast the next morning was sub par and overly expensive. The second night was awful. There was a storm and the hotel lost power, but only partial. One elevator out of three worked and some rooms had power, no wifi at all. Although this was due to natural causes which is understandable we needed electricity for our cpap machines. The hotel staff gladly changed our room to one with power but it was still an inconvenience packing and moving again. The next morning the hotel was still without power and still only one elevator working. Upon checkout we asked what kind of refund we would be getting and were told none, we would be getting Bonvoy points. As my husband and I don’t travel that much, due to health issues, money would be appreciated more than points.
