Room was fine, the shower/tub may need to be repaired but overall my stay was good.

Hot tub also looked dirty

We called ahead for a late check in and it took 30-45 minutes at 3:30 a.m. No one else was there and we were so tired and had a toddler in tow. Other than that, our stay was an excellent experience.

The day we checked in there was no hot water available until the day after, and we were not notified until at check in

Property is kid friendly and has a nice lobby. Space. Rooms are spacious when traveling with the family. Front desk, staff were super nice and helpful happy and excited to greet customers. Every staff member interacted with had a smile on their face and made me feel welcome.

The Sheraton stay was awesome. Stood for 2 nights for daughter bday and she had the best bday ever staff was friendly and willing to help. Will stay there again!

Stayed here for two nights while I took the kids to Sesame Street Place. The hotel was very helpful in getting me conjoining rooms which made taking care of my four kids that much easier. The indoor pool was nice way to cap off a long day at the park and my kids burnt off any remaining energy they had. Facilities were clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Very close to the park as well.

Nice hotel near many restaurants and stores . Bed was big and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Pillows could be better : kind and lumpy . Only drawback if you’re going to Sesame Place it’s across the main busy road about a 10 min walk and there are no sidewalks . Parking is $50 at Sesame Place which we did t do . My nephew dropped the rest of us off and then walked back after bringing the car back to the hotel .

Nice room, lots of food options around. Target is close by. No ice machine but if you ask at the front desk they will give you a complementary bag of ice.

the air conditioner was working on low it was never hot - they said they were sending an engineer. which never came = Also, on arrival there was not hot water. The hot water arrived the same day of arrival at night.

The air conditioner ran continuously but did little to cool the room, and the mini refrigerator was also not functioning properly, leaving drinks and snacks warm throughout our stay. The television channels did not work during our stay, which was especially frustrating while traveling with children. Additionally, there were very few, if any, kid-friendly channel options available. The hotel advertised itself as being within walking distance of Sesame Place, but we found that getting there on foot required crossing a very busy intersection without sidewalks in some areas, making it feel unsafe and impractical for families with children. We were informed that breakfast was served buffet-style from 8:00–10:00 a.m., but it was not made clear that breakfast was an additional charge of approximately $20 per person. This was only communicated at the time of payment, which was frustrating, especially considering our children ate very little. Additionally, the pool was advertised as heated, but the water was quite cold and did not appear to be heated during our stay.

Overall very clean! The only area that was a bit unkept was the pool area.

Enjoyed my stay here. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Definitely would recommend if you’re looking to stay somewhere near sesame place.

Room was clean and spacious. Staff brought us extra towels just a few mins after calling to request more. Very helpful with restaurant recommendations in the area also.
