Bathroom door didn't lock, toilet issues and TV was very blurry. Pool was so cold. We got someone to fix it at night while we were in the pool a maintenance man was fixing something Pool was cold and bathroom issues.

I thought they should have something with the channels on it for the TV cause you didn’t know what anything was and when I called down at the desk, the kid working and it didn’t seem to know anything

My stay was nice instead of the TV having a very BAD signal. Seems like there was only about 4 channels working without having bad signal. Also had friends who also had the same issue with their TVs.

I loved the bed. I had a great night's sleep. The pool is nice. I was happy to see a working hot tub. No ice machines The hot tub needs reconditioning. The mens locker room had no working shower s. The room I was in 304 had a broken non existent shower head. It was an accessible room so I was concerned if you don't have a shower head extender how would a disabled person be able to use the shower. Per the shower seat is in the back of the bath tub and the water doesn't reach with the normal shower head .

Toilet pressure was awful! Beds were so tiny and uncomfortable! Breakfast was gross

Overall, this is a decent hotel for a short stay. The lobby and other common areas are well maintained, and the staff are very nice and welcoming. The rooms, however, could use some updating. The TV did not offer any streaming apps, which was a little disappointing. I also found several long strands of hair in an area that should have been clean, which raised some concerns about housekeeping. Overall, it was an acceptable stay. I only stayed one night,

The first room they gave us was very dirty/ broken tub. My wife doesn't use elevators and we were on the 8th floor. Stairs was full of mold on the walls. The staff were very helpful and accommodated a new room the next day on the fourth floor. Better room but furniture broken, bed frame broken with left over jersey behind bedtime. Only 2 outlets one under the bed and one on the desk but very loose one touch and its disconnected. Also t.v.s were outdated. Only digital and analog channels instead of smart TV to connect your account. No ice machine on floor you need to request it. Staff was extremely amazing but the room itself wasn't worth the price.
