SpringHill Suites by Marriott Lansing

Breakfast was great, rooms were nice and large, clean facility, very friendly staff, only problem was the jets didn't work in the hot tub.

Pool and hot tub not functioning. Very disappointing.

An updated hotel in a quiet area.

The rooms have a modern shape too them and each had a couch. The lighting is sued throughout the room but never seems well lit except over the bed. The bathroom mirror over the sink is back lit and had to see your reflection very well. Breakfast was adequate but not great. The shower could be cleaned better as there was pink soap scum in areas. The tile floor also needs mopped.

Staff was wonderful and breakfast great.

The waffle area needed to be kept clean. The eggs were just okay. I did have a small bug run out from under the coffee cups. Area was clean. in room coffee.

The room was clean. Didn't have to contact the front desk on this trip. Had to tighten the sink plunger to keep water in the sink. Cost was a bit pricey.

Very good location with helpful staff. They adjusted their breakfast time for our large group to make sure our baseball team had breakfast. Our air conditioning went out and we were moved in under 20 minutes. Pool room was loud but there were also a ton of boys in there.

No internet both days of our stay

The location of where I needed to be. Breakfast was not stocked and attendant was very rude. I let him know waffle mix was out. He stated very rude to me it would be 30 minutes. I said ok. Well he took a cart with a few milks to the refrigerator, came back and carried a carton of yogurt to refrigerator, then filled eggs and brought back stuff to clean. Could have done that all in one trip with cart. I filled the forks for people from box below in cupboard. After 30 minutes I decided to get breakfast elsewhere. I worked with Marriott for 12 years and know what the job consists of but never would have allowed guests to wait or treated this way.

Breakfast was good. Rooms were clean. Only thing our ac didn’t work, shower drain kept getting clogged. But other than that it was good experience.

Was ok

Everything was new/updated & clean. I also liked that I could open the window in my room (3rd floor). I hate hotel rooms with windows permanently shut. Also, the location is perfect, nearby shops & restaurants. I can’t think of anything
