SpringHill Suites by Marriott Lansing

Exceptional

There was enough of a selection. However, the instant oatmeal selection is poor. I prefer real oatmeal. Also, there was not any bread slices, either white or wheat. firepit was not working, and the computer was also inoperable.

The front desk staff was great to work with. We had a seamless check-in and checkout. The pool area was very nice, however the hot tub Jets did not work. Overall cleanliness of the entire hotel was good. Looks like there had been some water damage recently in the lobby covered up with tarps. Although breakfast was good, there was not enough to go around on Saturday morning as it was busy in the dining area. It seems to me that they took their time putting more food out on purpose. Even the coffee was not refilled. This was our third time staying at this hotel. Although everything wasn't perfect, we will be back. We did enjoy our stay and will return if we are back in the area .

Very accommodating to this stranded traveler. Breakfast was above board.

It didnt have no trash bags it smelled. The door to the cupboard the fridge was in wouldn't close the pool was nasty.

Absolutely amazing! Breakfast was amazing! Pool was so much fun, rooms were clean and nice. Pillows were so flat it was hard to stay comfortable.

We love staying at Springhill Suites. The rooms are large and comfortable. There was a musty smell in our room, not too bad, but noticeable upon entering. The hot tub was not working. The staff was very helpful.

Convinient location near several stores and shopping. Room was clean, comfortable, and a decent size for 2 adults. Breakfast is typical continental breakfast, coffee is good. Stayed 3 nights comfortably .

Great sheets, very comfortable for the 6 hours I was there.

All the employees at the front desk, were very friendly and helpful. The one house keeper was also very helpful. I really enjoyed our stay there. Would stay there again.

Standard Springhill, nice location close the highway but not close enough that you could hear it. If needed I would stay here again

The breakfast was subpar. There wasn't a lot of variety nor was the “cooked” food tasty.

We stayed for one night with our family and had a great experience. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, and the staff was wonderful. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again!

On the pictures looks great but in person it is definitely deferent. Overall ok. Not what we expected but ok

The location was good and the staff were friendly and the rooms have a good amount of space. The breakfast was somewhat underwhelming and our room was only cleaned once in five days and when it was cleaned there was some missed spots.
