Other than a slow bath tub drain the stay was great. Lady attending the breakfast bar was accommodating and made you feel welcomed. Clean and comfortable room.

Breakfast is decent. The toilet has a smear of poop, was not cleaned well. The coffee cup i. The room doesn't have a lid. The a/c is loud and keeps on turning off.

First room the tv didn’t work had to change rooms second room the tv was dark. Totally disappointed for how much we paid.

1. Kind explanation on fire alarm and safety. 2. Dove and/or cats crying overnights and my room 634 were noisy and felt chilled. 3. Main approach road was closed and I was guided by a policeman.

The hotel overall was clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful. The small dining area downstairs for breakfast was nice. The breakfast bar is nice because it isn’t just apples and bagels. The pool had a little bit of floating debris, however, was clean and the outdoor tables and chair chairs were nice for leaving our stuff while we swam.

Elevator was not working ( and we were on the 3rd floor with an elderly family member) so they graciously comped us on the pet fee. Kudos

This was a great stay. I would have given 5 stars if the elevator had been operating. I was traveling with my mom who has had both hips replaced so, not having an elevator or a ground floor room was a little difficult. Staff was very helpful and breakfast was excellent! The blueberry scones are reason we will return!

Beds where clean, room mostly clean. Staff was nice when we checked in. Sheets would not stay on beds, shower had hair in it, elevator was broken, breakfast was disgusting, milk for coffee was sour, sausage patties over cooked, juice dispenser needed to be cleaned or something, coffee water down.
