Holiday Inn Express & Suites Las Cruces North by IHG

Exceptional

Clean Paper thin walls you could hear people above us literally breathing

The hotel seems tired and old compared to others in the immediate area. Staff was friendly, however, the water needed to be turned off during our stay and the cards used to enter the room did not work on the first try most of the time. The bathroom also had numerous cracked tiles. The room was clean and good size.

Good

Convenient location and attentive service.

Superb

The staff at front desk, Jake Walsh, was very nice. Took time out to chit chat about local events. Was very professional. Great way to greet customers:)

Great hotel and great staff. The gentleman that help me this morning to rebook my room was very kind and understanding.

Superb

It was in a good location and clean. I wasn’t too fond of the breakfast.

Excelente lugar con un servicio al cliente espectacular. El personal que prepara el desayuno es de lo mejor. Sin dudas algunas volvería con mi familia a este hotel. Gracias.

Great hotel for the price, I’m very happy. Room was nice, clean and beds were comfortable with multiple pillows to choose from. The breakfast was great no complaints there! Our toilet had a small leak but it was addressed quickly and didn’t impact our stay.

Great!

We had a great room on the 3rd floor. It was very roomy at 400 square feet. A great tub. Very clean. Work out room and Indoor Swimming Pool. It has been so hot outside it helped! Breakfast was good. Coffee is the best. The lady that prepares the breakfast was outstanding very nice and helpful will stay there again.

The staff was exceptional. They accommodated our late checkout, which was a bonus. The breakfast was more than expected with freshly ground coffee beans! Yup you read it right.

Clean, good location Air conditioner could have worked better.

Air conditioner could have worked better.

No coffee machine No paper towels No kitchen utincle No extra sheets No sofa Phone was cutting in and out No ice machine on 2nd floor Very bad experience . When you book a suites and pay $215, it's basics to expect good stuff.
